I usually extract them from google android images for phones of similar size. I think i'll upload some variations to my google drive and post links (as soon as xda lets me actually post the links.... stupid spam protection)...

Download your favorite bootanimation and place it in System/media after properly renaming it i.e 'bootanimation.zip'

You can also try AndroidBoot Animation Changer. Just drop the bootanimation.zip into the zip and flash it in recovery.

Try hyperdroid v2 or Razodroid v4 rom!!! It has everything you want

You can also use Root Explorer to change your bootanimation...
go to System>>Media there you will find bootanimation.zip just replace it and bootanimation will be changed
