Hello. I was just hoping that someone could build a good-looking gingerbread rom, just because our phone is more comfortable with it (low battery-draining, fast). I am using oxygen gb by popdog123 right now, and it's a very good example, but it could be creatly polished. For example, I don't like the typical gingerbread lockscreen-clock, and there are room for improvements. I know that popdog123 was planning to build Cerebrum GB from scratch based on gb(I was thinking, finally!), but haven't seen him for a while, so the project seems rather dead.
I've been testing a lot of roms based on ics and jb, and I just can't stick with the battery drain issues, as well as lag here and there. For our phone to be snappy and healthy, we should take a few steps back and try to accomplish a good, stable, well-designed gingerbread rom, with some customizations available.
Do you agree?

I think you guys would like to trm cmx, it's like a cm7 rom but with millions of customizations, it was discontiued some months ago(well there's was an update on android_dalvik_cyanmobile 6 days ago, so maybe it will be continued? )

yeah my server just took a dump on me trying to get things up and running again. this is THE BEST looking rom i have made yet man i will take tons of screen shots but so much was themed it would take pages of shots to get it all

If iam not mistaken. Whichever kernel listed as his everyday driver will be the one that comes bundled with the rom.
there any way you can make a stock rosie-scroll aside from the espresso?

If your phoned is rooted then going from 2.1 to 2.2 will work just fine, just make sure you have the latest radio.

nice to see this..all these ROM's have been incredible..starting to get hard to pick..currently running the latest Xrom..does this latest have the X rom keyboard by chance as that one is by far my favorite?

LEWA ROM PORT...
This is my first rom so be gentle...
its a Merge of CM7 RC2 for p920 / and LEWA ROM
as a result you still need to install the Gapps zip that you normally would for CM7
LEWA looks alot like and functions very similarly to MIUI.
For people who notice that in cm7 roms their sdcard is affected or emmc and sdcard are swapped... this Rom does not have that issue... internal is recognized as emmc and ex_sdcard is recognized as sdcard

No I have the p925 I am running the baseband from the 20p official att gb update. I flashed this on top of it and all is well.

ok but how? sorry for sounding like a noob but with other roms like Froyo/GB i can turn on usb storage setting with ease but with CM7/MIUI roms when i turn on usb storage it turns on but the sd card never shows up on my pc
Always the same problems of Cm7: wi-fi unstable like also data-connection. Heavy battery drain.

Also, I think there's someone working on a brick mod as we speak. Great battery life, performance not so much...

I am actually having an issue with the jb rom on my ns4g. Says my bluetooth is connected phone&media to my car kit. Although, the media is not working. Phonecalls get routed through my car, but my music does not, Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. I wanted to post this issue in the proper thread although I currently do not have enough posts to post in a development thread :/

yes there are if you are running the deodexed version of jelly bean which i have. it is the same jelly bean you have now
but it just allows customizations and you can flash whichever mods that are available such as battery icons
etc..not sure if there is a version for the nexus s though.
for those who do not have it and are on a galaxy nexus i am sure some of you rooted ones would want to flash this version it is the lastest version with the update

Little late guys If i were you i'd focus more on ICS (even better JB). practically no-one uses Gingerbread here

There is no ICS ROM for our device which is really stable, 100% working and energy efficient. So Android 2.3 is still used by some people (like me).

is not 100% functional.3d games with hard graphics are not working.rainbow six have FC and real racing 2 have problems to display image properly(just these two i tried but possible more).read last pages of ICE DS thread were someone said that rom is ported and don't have capabilities like a original rom.so we have to wait HTC rom.
Don't get mad people. You shouldn't care about being ICS or GB, for me, it is just incredible the improvements on development for this device about to be considered outdated from HTC. @Dr.Android nice job keep it up!
you are right.every people have his opinion about a rom which use.personally i use bindroid and it's the best for me but not for others.on others i find stuff who not working for me but work on others phone.this is a forum so we have to appreciate work of every developer who try to make a good rom.

It's so nice to see a Turkish dev on XDA, but still, with Sense 3.5 and v2.3, I don't think it can compete with lowveld's Endymion or Fallout. Still it's awesome to see a Turkish dev, and keep working manA

Yes it works on stock rom just fine as long as you have root.
