Hey all i have been using pmp light rom for last one month or so. It was running good bt last two days it is restarting while playing games like nfsmw 13.dwad trigger. After 15 min it makes a beep sound and than restarts. Game is running smooth.i am using directory blind . Any help.:banghead::banghead:

If you have read the first post completely, I know how to flash it. Its maybe something on with my phone just need to confirm and maybe I had flashed with some problems so I need to recheck and also learn.

I did the same thing using Camtasia. Then I realized the guide is useless because people want to see the phone's reaction and what happens. They already know what Odin's job is :\

Yes.
But u need a "Reoriented Kernel" for the firmware of the rom u want to flash...jvr, jw4 or whatever it is.
Search in the Dev forum of the Captivate. U probably will have to go back a ways.

Yes you can , you can go with either as long as you run the proper kernel .
I9000 with I9000 , 1897 with I897
the I9000 kernel will have the home and back buttons swapped but you can install button mapper , free n the market , and reasighn them
you can also run modified JB 4 at this time , Slim Bean , X Bean so on , but you will need to install the mapper program o XBean

Because the op didn't have a cappy 3 months ago. And 3 months of time on XDA can equal to 300-400 pages of posts, or more. If he posted in the development section, then flame on. But general sections are for inquiries such as this.

Getting Problems while Instaling CM9 in GT-S5360
I have installed CM9 0.4 on STOCK rom DDKK1 but it stucks on the boot logo. CM9 & 7 are ported from galaxy mini and have mini's drivers. Try to exchange the bluetooth.apk with OPP.apk from ur STOCK ROM.:good::good::good::good::good::good: Now LISTEN!!! I mean READ!!! You'll have to make some changes in the opp.apk using winrar in its framework and stuff. I'll talk to white XP 'bout that. WiFi too the same thing but I got a message from somewhere that 0.5 CM9 version is getting launched from some hell!!! Since whitexp was on a vacation till march I'll have a talk with now as it is my holidays now!!!!!! We'll work on that.:highfive:

I would not recommend flashing this rom in any way. I get random reboots when the screen goes off, or when I am using Whatsapp. No matter what I do. It doesn't always happen but it happens often enough to not recommend the rom in any way what-so-ever. Tried 3 times, and I can't seem to flash an older version now either. So beware.

I typed a good reply, then I noticed you didn't even tell us anything about your tablet. It varies based on the model number. Even between devices with the same screen size some ROMs will be made for it and others won't. So it's hard to say what to do when we don't even know that much!
