[Q] Best S4 ROM for SIII? - General Questions and Answers

wanted to know which is the best S4 ROM out there for my SIII I9300 which is already rooted and has a cyanogenMOD 10.1 installed

Thanks for the response and YES something that makes my s3 look exactly like s4
1) I was going through some ROM's but they all had memory and bug issues so i wanted to know which one is suggested by you guys
2) saw this one [Rom] Glance S4 (Quick glance of S4 apps on S3) is this okay ?

A quick google S4 Mini Rom will give you what you want. To bad the forum not let me to post a outside link.

my device is galaxy pocket plus (gt-s5301)
why why why....why there is no custom rom for us :crying: :crying: :crying:
most of the other devices has a custom rom...and my device really needs a custom rom
there no one care about pocket plus except one he is [blearreaz0n] he found the root method and created a CWM recovery
his next step is creating Cyanogenmod 10.1 but he need some help he started working on it 2013-05-31 until now i don't know what progress has done .....

I'm the owner of a Samsung Galaxy Pocket S5300 and I was also looking for a custom rom for my phone.
Have searched everywhere and I found one, but will not even bother to post a link because it had so many things missing that would make the phone useless,

Yes they are and I still haven't found an answer for that. I'll keep my Galaxy S Plus updated though.

It has worked for S2+, I have't tried it, but our internal hardware is almost a clone of the grand duos, which is also on the support list.

It's not listed in chainfire's thread but it's fully working w/o any issues

[Q] Support for Galaxy Young S6313T

As some of you might be aware of, in Brazil Samsung sells the model GT-S6313T under the acronym of Galaxy Young TV Duos, with dual chip support and Digital TV reception functionalities. I happen to have one of those phones and was wondering whether it could be possible to use any custom ROM in it, such as the one for S6310 for instance. Have you ever had any experience in that?

You can install any Young Duos (S6312) ROM, TV patch, and it will work like a charm
I don't have experience with S6310 ROMs. Anyway, I imagine that it will work, but may have some (few) bugs
I hope that you are right! I got recently the brazilian version of the Samsung Young Duos called " S6293T " as a gift. But it is really slow and I would like to root and custom rom it. Do you or anyone else have a suggestion which programms from which phone models i could use safely? Because apparently the "S6293T " model does not exist here

Hi @MiskoMKT
Your model is called Samsung Galaxy Young Plus TV. I don't know if a S6312 ROM will work in your device. If you really really know what you're doing, you can make a test, and revert things back if anything goes wrong. But if you have doubts, or don't have experience with installing custom ROMs, I highly recommend you to don't install S6312 ROM in your S6293T, as you can lose your device.

Your device is Broadcomm based, S631X ROM's won't work with your device. No matter what you do.

Rooting should be fairly easy if you have a custom Recovery, but I don't know about any Software upgrades..

That is my problem, finding a custom ROM which is suitable for my type of phone. It seems barely impossible after LONG research and feel that this phone has some extra power inside, where just the right kernel+custom rom input is missing..
HELP Guys
I could maybe look at creating a recovery for you if I have time left but I can't do more, as I require the phone to do more work with it..
