OK so I was having a play around with some intents and intents choosers and I have some ideas for an app that people may find useful, geared towards those on stock ROMs and/or without root and especially without additions such as Halo and others that are incorporated in custom ROMs or even other apps.
I am in the process of creating an app which I'll call LaunchAll. At the moment this isn't very much at all but more of a platform for me to experiment with these ideas.
All that it does now is launch an intents chooser to allow you to quickly go to App Ops (in Android 4.3) for example or any of the varying settings within Android.
As I have said this is going to be a platform for my experiments and ideas, so there will be a lot of changes and development which will all be recorded here, so keep an eye out if you're intrigued!

Well based on what I'm working (and hoping to achieve) you might be able to achieve that functionality. I'll look into it and report back.

Here's some steps you can take especially if your watch is new and not very customized yet. Try hooking up the watch to your PC and run the sony applicaton on your PC that does the updating. Have it connect to your watch and flash the latest firmware from Sony. After it's all done, let the watch sit on the cable until it has a full charge. When it is fully charged, reboot your phone and disconnect the watch from the cable. After the reboot, make sure no other BT devices are connected. Put the phone in BT discovery mode. Hold the watch's power button down for about 30 seconds or so. This will reset the watch. From there, the pairing should work.

If I cut BT off , yes the app will disappear. However if BT is fine and my phone has been within range of the watch, I never see the app go away. Double check any app killers you have to make sure it's whitelisted. Also, people at least with a Nexus 4 have been complaining that the BT stack for 4.2.2 has been kind of trashy. M y rooted Rezound with a 4.2.2 rom has been fine though.

Its not a fake app. The one on the play store is fake.
Firstly check your internet connection that it is working properly. Secondly when you enter the app , it automatically takes you to bb website, press back key and you will get back in the app. If it again takes you to the website , press back and you will see a cross mark on the top right side, click it and you wont go back to the website.
I have been using it from the last night and have made 10 friends and joined 2 groups.
I personally feel its UI is much better than whatspp.
Check out the screenies.

Google have blocked access to it in 4.4 so the built-in app is no longer available.
Coming from CM10.2 I was hoping to at least be able to use this with my N5, but alas it's not so .

I believe they blocked the APIs used by the permissions editor which is why it crashes - but I'm struggling to find the reference I read that had this info.......
afaik they removed it completely. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=47098228&postcount=2
One of the best features ever introduced to android and they remove it. Might even downgrade my N7 because of this.

I downgraded my N4 back to 4.3. Disabling app ops is terrible. Even apple has this feature: iOS alerts you if any app wants to access your contacts, or your photos, or your camera, and you have a choice to allow or not. Android 4.3 does not alert you, but at least you have the option to dig into the App Ops and revoke access to certain things. 4.4 is the first time an android upgrade dissapointed me (they destroyed the alarm app, the keyboard, the wifi indicator's activity/internet access, and App Ops).
App ops was never an official feature, so they technically didn't remove anything.

So? It's still a feature they included, with easy access, and then took away even though it was nothing but effective for the users...

I'm with you on the users defending Google like the can do no wrong, but definitely disagree about the YouTube g+ integration... They needed to clean YouTube up, and now I can see friend's comments on videos more easily and only view the comments and responses of certain people... That was a good idea..
I think Google is completely wrong by blocking this app ops function, if that's what happened here...

Does anyone else have this issue?

But when I touch ALWAYS, it never remembers?

Mine's been doing it since the reset, even before I installed any apps....
ever since KK, WiFi passwords disappear and it has nothing to do with restarting, i even cleaned cache/dalvik just to see if that is doing it, nope...
Then the Active Apps widget, it is not really accurate in 3rd party launchers, especially if they have the feature to lock the homescreen, many times it shows 8 apps open, and not more then two are shown on the list.
For wifi passwords i used this method.. Second Post
