Help me guyz I have sgy pro duos after I flashed new rom RTL gone from my phone and my qwerty won't write rtl language and I can't read arabic language except in browser plz help

And i wanted to root my phone by takeing backup of my current stock rom
So i want 100% stable custom rom
So plz plz plz can anybody help me
To root my phone
And these would be my 1st root
Hence i am new and i dont know much
