Well I have a HTC Sensation on "Solavei" (A Tmobile MVNO) I got it rooted no problem. but since switching from "Pageplus" (A Verizon MVNO) with a Nexus S 4G i miss my Google Wallet. I have searched the Fourms and found mods for verizon and AT&T Galaxy S3 phones but nothing that clearly states that my HTC Sensation 4G Tmobile Branded will not support it. only info i can find is that it is Blocked. any input would be Great if it cant be done due to a Physical Restriction could someone let me know. Thanks guys.
if it can be done I will figure it out.

Hey Guys,
Back Story (don't really have to read if you want to skip)
I was at the bar with some coworkers and a new guy I work with was talking about how he had bought a Samsung Fascinate from a friend of his that had gotten his account frozen (it was on Verizon Wireless). The coworker wanted to transfer it over to Cricket Wireless (it is a crappy carrier in my area if you haven't heard of it) but they told him that they could do it but that he wouldn't get MMS. He ended up just buying a new one from Cricket and offered to sell me the one he could use for 50 bucks (it is like new in a box with everything) and told me if I couldn't do anything with it he would buy it back. This was kinda a win/win no brainer for me so of course I took him up on the offer.
He also did say that he could not get Verizon to activate it because there was a hold on the account that the phone currently belonged to.
The phone obviously will not work for me because I am on Sprint but from what I understand is that it is pretty much the same phone as the Captivate on AT&T. My dad uses AT&T for his carrier and has an iPhone but hates it and wants to go to an Android phone.
The questions:
1. Can I get the Samsung Fascinate from Verizon Wireless to work with AT&T?
2. Can I somehow remove whatever information that has linked this phone to being locked on Verizon so that I could sell it or activate it on another Verizon account if I want to sell it or give it to someone who does have Verizon?
3. Are there any other good options that I can do with this if neither of these will work?
I have no issues with rooting/flashing/messing with whatever is on this phone. I am a flashaholic on my Evo 4g and know that Samsung is a bit different then HTC when it comes to this type of thing but should have no issues figuring out the difference as far as rooting and such from other posts on this site. I just did not see anywhere that this question was already asked and know this is the absolute best place to come to get the correct answers for questions like these.
Thank you for any help you can give!!!
Does anyone have any ideas? Sorry for the bump but its been 2 days now and I am trying to figure out what to do. Thanks!
Hello, So I got a Sprint HTC EVO 4G flashed too cricket and everything's workin great. But I've decided too sell the phone locally as I want an IPHONE. Now to this guy I'm selling it too he also wants to have a cricket account on this phone. After I sell him the phone how would he go about setting his own account up on the phone, just take it into a store? Or does cricket not support flashed over phone? Thanks in advance. -Brian
Hi,
Me being a total phone noob, bought a HTC sprint evo 4g and brought it outside the US. There is no simcard slot, so i cannot change my service provider, it seems it is definitely locked to Sprint. Is there a way that to be able to use the phone outside the US? will rooting the phone allow the phone to work with a different service provider?
I have a Galaxy S III from AT&T and am considering moving to T-Mobile, I know several people who have it in my area and have good service, also I can have my phone and wife's phone with unlimited everything for roughly what I am paying for one phone on AT&T with limits, so seems like a good idea.
T-Mobile lets you bring phones from other GSM services and their website says the GS3 is supported, but I am curious to hear from anyone who has done this and if they had any issues when they did it. Also once switched over would I be able to get OTA updates from T-Mobile (like the 4.1.2 update) or would there be some hangup because it was originally an AT&T phone?
Hello. So I have a clean rooted Sprint HTC EVO 4G and I need to know how to get it to work on my virgin mobile account. I have read tons of threads and still unable to get a process or instructions to accomplish this. I know it can be done as my fiance is currently running a Sprint HTC EVO 3d on a virgin account and it works great. Any info would be great or if you are able to do it I will gladly pay you.
I do have a clean Kyocera event and HTC one v for donors if its needed and both are virgin as well. I really wanna get this to work. If I'm not able to than I will just sell it or trade for a virgin Android.
If you need any info just ask and I will do my best to get back with you right away as I'm getting extremely exasperated lol. Thanks a million. Cheers

The good news for you, is that Virgin Mobile is a Sprint MVNO (same network). The bad news is that Virgin doesn't allow flashed phones and it won't activate an MEID that's already active (you'll have to erase if via cdma workshop and donor phone for virgin. Basically, it would be very difficult. You should read this thread, as it covers the same topic:
