Orange have released the SPV M3100! (HTC Hermes / TyTN)

I looked on this morning, and it was shown out of stock, after lunch it was in stock and ready to buy!

Just letting you all know. They will sell them (directly from orange) first apparently, and then send off stock to other orange retailers (like the online phone shops etc)
I am going into the town tomorrow to try it out

Looks nice, but as usual theres no real spec's on it.
Anyone know what other names it goes by ?
Or better still a link to the manufactures site. :wink:

it's out on T-Mobile (UK) on the 15th (next tuesday?). To be honest ii think it's worth holding out for on t-mobile, considering you can get unlimited we access for £25 a month with minutes and 550 texts too. Also with this being a 3g phone, that unlimited internet will come in useful

Not getting the Compact II then? :lol:
Actually I'm wondering if I should have held on to my M500 but there was no sign of the M3100 (hermes) so I got the M600. I'm happy with the M600 but the M3100 looks absolutely gorgeous. 8)

Yea, I saw the m600 and it looks really nice though. Before I get the m3100 I want to feel it in my hands and see if it a comfortable size. If not then I am getting the m600
And as for the tmobile thing, yea, it's a damn fine point, but PURPLE PHONE!!!! ERGH!!!!

Sensation undelivered - help me deal with the frustration

I bought my Sensation from ebay 7 days ago and, according to the parcel tracking, it's on board a delivery truck doing the rounds at the moment.
And I have to go to work in 5 minutes. Which means I will miss the delivery, the post office will be closed by the time I get home, and I'll have to pick it up tomorrow morning.
Any tips to help me deal with the frustration would be welcome... I literally can't wait to get my hands on this thing

i'd be so pissed. in germany we have PACKSTATIONS. usually located next to grocery stores, one in every larger town. you can order your stuff directly to a station of your choice. the minute your package arrives you're made aware by email or SMS and you can come pick it up whenever you want - all you need is your ID card and a PIN number. plus, it's completely free of charge.

I live outside US, and I am planning to visit US in the following weeks.
I want to buy a (non-contract) Nexus 5 by paying cash, I can not buy from Google Play Store.
I looked at BestBuy, but it seems they are selling Nexus 5 16GB version for $499.
So, is there any other retailer that has a reasonable price?

For 30 euro`s more you have a international N5 16GB with easier warranty (geographicly) and LTE comptability on Amazon for instance.
BTW on top of the 399 USD price you also have to pay for taxes and shipping.

No, they are not. They are all about whether you should by a Nexus 5 and where you should get your nexus 5 from.

Goodbye T-Mobile V10 Forum

Hi,
I made the "Jump" today to the Galaxy S7 Edge though T-Mobile. I got tired of waiting for Marshmallow. The V10 taught me that I don't necessarily need to maintain 2 spare batteries and an external charger (despite getting them for free from LG). I even don't even use the wireless charging circuit (though trying the QC wireless is on my agenda with this phone). Does any body know a market as easy as Swappa for accessories?

I'm curious as to how you made the "Jump" to the S7 Edge on T-Mobile when it doesn't even ship until March 10th. They are only taking pre orders at this time. Guess you are gonna sell your current phone and what, do without a phone until your order arrives sometime after the 10th? Just trying to put a little common sense reality into this thread.

After they offered to replace their inferior product that is generic junk they opened a case with Ebay to block that return.
Ebay has blocked anyone leaving negative feedback for this seller as well.
Beware buying replacement parts from Ebay. You can't trust their ratings system.

This screen protector once applied was broken. Zero instructions and a horrible adhesive. I have replaced many parts on phones and this was the worst. After installing nothing shows on the screen at all. The device was working perfect other than a cracked screen. What do you suggest about fixing it? Nothing i can do about a cracked screen. It applied fine but cracked after snapping the device back together. It needs more instructions. I wanted to contact you before leaving a negative feedback and rating.

I didn't see anything under XDA rules about not posting a warning to users looking for cheap replacement parts.
Better to do what I usually do and just replace the device on Swappa.
Again not all swappa sellers are honest either. One seller sold me a device against Swappa policy and it is yet to be fixed. The seller in question has thousands of sales and says she didn't know listing policy.
