I have an old LG optimus one p500 v10d with 2.2.1, can I upgrade it somehow to a better android version?

yes, upgrade baseband to v20 and install any 4.x rom available in development thread
or use old baseband fix, search LG p500 forum, read FAQ and other sticky threads and you will find it, it was explained many times

Hey guys! I'm new to this forum and I had a question.
So I have an LG Optimus T p509 and I flashed Clockworkmod through ROM Manager and managed to install the Cyanogenmod 9 ROM. The only problem is, I don't have service. I heard that I should update the baseband, but the last time I did that I semi-bricked my phone and I don't want to have to go through that again. Any answers are appreciated. Thanks!
Go to the following thread and click on "Old Baseband Fix". Download and flash the file

First of I would like to apologize if I am posting in the incorrect area.
I got my LG Optimus P925G Rooted. Its on Rogers Wireless network in Canada.
Its running Android version 2.3.5, and the Kernel is 2.6.35.7
The software version is V20c-dec-22-2011
I would like to get Jelly Bean 4.2 installed on this phone, Is that possible, and if so, where is the download link for it? I have searched google many times for this and had no luck. If anyone may please direct me, I would really appreciate it.

Are there clear instructions to flash the newer v20o baseband for LG L9 that is required by most of the newer custom ROMs published on this forum? Sorry, but the original istructions by Artas&co. are pretty confused. Thanks!
When I update the firmware on my lg optimus l9 p768g , in that it will actually update the firmware of the program to work, since I reinstalled everything , since I changed firmware version ...

Hi, I have got a LG G Pro 2 F350K model running on stock Android 4.4.2. I would like to change the OS from Korea version to international one and at the same time, upgrade the OS to at least Android 6.
I have never done it before and I want to choose the safe upgrade option. Not keen to have the latest android.
Could somebody please guide me ? I need step by step guide or somebody to walk me through the upgrade.

its depends on which file extention of firmware do you have.
if you have .kdz, use LG Flash Tool 2014
if you have .tot, use LGFlashTool 1.8
