As we got almost stable and nice nightly of ics (thanks to galaxy ics team) and dev of aokp is on track can some brave devloper port
"miui ics based rom for fit"
it will be the most beautiful rom ever
thanks in advance...

i think AldoSebastian should do it..his MIUI 2.3 is very good! ^_^

or can anyone gude me on how to use latest nightly as base and port miui ics from other device or our own miui ics v4 from soundrock ....
it had bugs like flickring and apn force closes...

just send him a private message and ask him..you can help him in making one too! any help is apreciated here at xda

I've port MIUIv4 last month n I use it for myself. you can see the screenshot here. I've added extended control and 3way reboot from original ROM (which I port)
It's stable enough for me...

[ROM][JB][4.1.2] Remics-JB SIII Feel on Jelly Bean! [v1]

Hii everyone! For about 1 week i tried to port the remics-jb for our device and fixed bugs etc. But finally i got it working!
The main thing that's not working is the camera, you tell me!

It's based on camcory cm10 rom and 2.6.35.14 kernel!
Flash gapps and that's all.
P.S: sorry for non posting screenshoots but i was in hurry. If someone can provide them to me, i'll be greatful! I promise that i'll arrange them when i have time. Please tell me what do you think about it!:d

It based on 2.6.35.14 camcory. In 3.0.47, the wi-fi and the usb were not working..

This is JB so any gapps for JB. I recommend the 4.2 gapps.

Fisrt, do a BACKUP of ur current CM9 (-based) ROM
Additional: This wont brick your device! i promise

It will hopefully enable YouTube HQ rendering and some system Smoothness improve ^^

Someone can upload Maclows CM9 beta 7 and its realy old an buggy sorry but no new CM9 roms it will come out soon but i think developer will include it so no need for this

Um guys maclaw abandoned cm9 when it still was in code merger state so am presuming there will be a lot of unresolved bugs (My thoughts).

we know that is no 100% working CM9 port
And no one needs permission from Maclaw coz he isnt in XDA and he stopped CM9 for fit a long long time ago.

I'm sorry, what happened was that I did two roms, one to test your kernel and one with the stock kernel, and when I finished the v0.1 Prev forgot to put your kernel on that because I thought I had, sorry I will make a flashable zip with your kernel.
But wifi is Working i tested it

Yes, works as i tested it with a copy of Slimmy v0.1 Prev before upload, but i delete the copy and i forgot to include this in the original v0.1 Prev, maybe is the rom what you have tested, in one moment i'll upload the .zip with your kernel, wait

Depends is omni rom more stable than cm 11 because ive never used it so i cant judge it and after this rom im going to make another rom i dont know witch one to choose for my 4.4.2 rom :angel:

Beta testing stage
im at the stage of zipping all the files back together but its taking forever hoping it will go good :fingers-crossed:
and ive kept the old build prop just incase of a fail as a while back i've lost my old rom's original build prop after a flash fail
and i had to go throught the agonising pain of deleting 200mb and beginning fom scratch :crying:
so please remember allways keep a back up!!!!!!!

Its a port from the nexus 5 and i havent really noticed the rotation bug.

The base rom i used is Android Open Source 4.4.2 Ported over from the nexus 5
im also revisiting this rom and going over some issues so i might trash the old one
