[Q] Several app stores OK? - General Questions and Answers

I have seen discussion here about which app store is the best, my question as a newbie is quite different:
Can I publish my app monetized with Admob and Tapgage as it is on several app stores without changing anything in the app itself?
Do I break any Google publisher rules by doing that?

[Q] What are the problems of app developer?

Hello! My name is Matthew and I am a blogger. I will write an article on the problems (not technical) of an app developer. I decided to open a new thread here because I believe XDA is the largest community of app developers.
I ask some leading questions and then maybe you built
1)Are you for or against free apps? Why? Your apps are free?
2)Would you use tracks and analyzes services for your mobile apps' sales? If not, why?
3)If a blogger contact you and ask you redeem code in exchange for a review, would you accept? If not, why?
4)Have you ever done to help the beta testers? If not, why?
5)Would you use a low-cost but high quality service to get feedback from people downloading your app? If not, why?
Thank you!

[Q] BlackBerry app dev

Id like to try my hand at developing an app for Blackberry, due to their market dominance locally. Is there anything similar to AppInventor or some comprehensive literature on the subject? I want to make an app like the XDA forum reader app for a site Ive been talking to.

[Q] Google Play Rules

Recently I was informed by another member of XDA, about posting multiple version of the same app in Google Play... My question is, what is the policy for free and donate apps? If i was to have two apps, both the same, one for free, the other for donations... Does this fall under the same rule as don't post multiple version of the same app in Google Play?

Thoughts about app promotion using App Streaming?

Hey guys, what are your thoughts about app streaming service that's being rolled out by Google and Rovio?*I also saw a startup (nenlitech [dot] com) providing similar service. Basically, the idea is to make an app playable on web, so potential users don’t need to download (and pay) to try out apps. You can promote your app/game and have people try it out more easily. Do you guys see this as a useful service to spend money on?*
Duplicate. Please don't crosspost (ask the same question in multiple places). It's akin to SPAM.

Can I use my own ads on my android app?

Let's say I have an app for my restaurant chain and I want to display banner ads on my android app. I want to use my own ads, local partners with who I have some deals. I don't want to use Google ads because I really don't see the point. I just want to advertise some of my local partners. It will be something like a small banner ad on the app pages.
Does Google Play Store allows me to use my own ads on my Android app?

I asked them on the forum link above and they said: Your question seems to be of a more technical/development oriented nature, and it would be better suited in forums like StackOverflow or XDA.
