How do you get the media player to open things other than UCCW?
Cheers for good and easy setup and it looks great! But im also having issues on mediaplayer,when i press play it just opens the player and starts playing (so it dosent start to play on background like it does when using widgedsoid etc app) so the next/pre tabs are useless for me atm.i try to tweak it little more and try different player if its becouse that.

I think I know what your problem is...try using the app "media utilities". So now when you set up the hotspot mode you can verify each hotspot to the corresponding action.

Better Explanation
Use 'Media Utilities". Click on the widget (while hotspot is of)> Backgrounds>choose Hotspot> choose 'hotspot #1 and choose shortcut>media utilities action>then 'previous'. Do the same with the play and forward with their corresponding buttons.
I dont have media utilities under the shortcuts and the hotspots are allready assainged as previous and play/pause and next but they dont work exept for the play but it opens up my player pro and starts to play music.

So as the title says, this is a themed miui music app i made for my recently released update for a rom i made and decided to share it with you guys as i think you all will like it... well lets go to the action
The app is completly themed, hope you all like it...
Instructions
*Download The App attached at the bottom
Place on your sdcard..
*Using root explorer or any other explorer u want and go to sd and find the miui app
*Hit copy by long pressing and then hit back one time, go into the "system" folder, then Into the "app" folder and hit paste when you there
*After you done that just reboot and enjoy the app
**Also when you press the bottom buttons like next or previous it will be like green... any button you press will be green

How is the shuffle on this? I have tried several music players and the shuffle always sucks, they play the same song back to back or just stop playing altogether or play the same song to frequently. Just want a good player that actually shuffles through all the songs and doesn't repeat the same one's as often.

That is great idea! Thank you very much... Have been testing it for an hour so far and works great. I love the idea with proximity sensor...
What I would perhaps add is option to enable the pop up window on locked screen as well... just leaving the background black and having this beautiful on the screen when the phone is locked would be perfect (for me ).

What a god damn awesome idea!! I can't tell you how bloody annoying it is when im doing a video review of an app for my youtube channel and im in a full screen app and i get an sms or even when im just playing a game testing it out and stuff, I don't want to go to my homescreen to see the text because if i do i have to restart the first app all over again and start from the beginning. This will save me from doing that! awesome app!

I have an App named after ME and I didin't even make it!
This is the best and fastest music app I've ever used. I'm already using it for about a month. The only issue i get is that this player is beeing killed by the system. I'm having only 277mb of ram, but this app is the only one, among all music players I've used, that is beeing killed. I'll try to provide you some logcats next time it happens.

Google music is not accessible as Google has not released the APIs I recommend use music if you have root to access Google music on nexmusic

Pretty nice app. It's still simple and we can't stop the preview but it has great potential. I haven't tested download function as I don't have anything to download but I see many stuff that could be useful.
It's a little bit too much Google Ads, and I would like to see this program as a good online music player. So basic functions should be included like controls, and add to favorites button. What I mean is something like spotify or grooveshark without having to pay for playing music. I'm going to subscribe this thread as I'm wating for more functions

Ok, lucky patcher did the work with Google Ads
Also I did some more tests. Preview doesn't play whole song (should it be like that?) and after downloading there is no content in the showed path

Preview is at the moment indeed just a small part of the song. So, if I understand correctly, you can't find the song after downloading it? Should be in the Music-folder in your SD-card?
-If you want to search for a song and the keyboard appears, you can't see the text field anymore
- text hover problem
- you can't play downloaded song
What the app needs :
+Choose downloaded folder
+Open downloaded song with external player
+less ads

Nice app, but I miss the bitrate, the Albumcover, search history and you should be able to set the destination folder for the downloads. And the downloading procress should be done in background. Maybe you could also make something like a download list so you can download more songs at once.
And of course it would be great if you could stream a song and make a playlist like in YouTube.
I really linke your work and hope you keep in improoving it and make it eaven greater

Bitrate should be there when you click on a list item. Make sure you have v1.3 installed.
Search history and choose destination folder will be added in next update.
'm also working on a download list to download in background and a playlist without downloading the file.

I tried it with 2 files and none of them has downloaded and the music doesn't play after download

I am using this on kitkat only buddy. 4.4.2. What's the error you get.

I'm on 4.4.4 SlimKat and Play Store gives me beautiful: "This app is incompatible with all of your devices.".

Just now tested this on Google Nexus 5 running 4.4.4 . It is working. I don't know what problem is CM ROM causing . Guess I need to install one and check. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

There was some issue with the locale. Now it should be available in playstore.

1.Setting ringtone
2.Running music in background (partial wake locks)
3.Internet for lyrics downloading

I have only one problem: The application does not want to download my words because my phone is in French and not in English.
Is it because of copyright rights in my country or a limitation of the application?

When do you get this error ? Can you just click on that report button. It will help me to analyze where the problem is actually. Will look onto this asap.

Actually the app checks for your device language. It downloads the lyrics only if the language is English. Are you trying to download lyrics for French songs? If you are trying for english songs, please let me know. I will do the needful.It supports only downloading lyrics of English songs for now.
