I have searched high and low to find a detailed guide for downgrading the Asus Memo Pad Smart 10 from Android JB version 4.2.1 to 4.1.1 with no luck. The tablets I am working with are pre-programmed with the 4.2.1 version and the application I am installing requires 4.1.1 to run properly.
Can anyone help with this process or help me find the necessary guide? I am new to this so a dumbed down version would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Prestigio Multipad 8.0 HD (pMT5587_Wi) and i am trying to find a way to get to the latest version of android on it. I am actually on the 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) version which is becoming a bit older now. Can you help me please? If it includes rooting the device, there is no problem. I was also trying to find a suitable custom rom for the tab but i've googled it many times and still unfortunate.
