Hey folks! Here we present to you the Triumph HD ROM, it's just gonna leave you spellbound. This is NOT a port. This is a result of what I and @rishabh.raj37 have learnt at our time in XDA till now. It has got everything you ever wanted. Why Use TriumphHD ?So, if you were not sufficed by the features list, here's some more reason as to why you should use this. This ROM is the first of it's kind with all the choice in your hands from which kernel you want to what music mods. Every Damn thing works including camera, video recording, video decoding, wifi toggles. Every single thing (not the legacy ones). That's why we based it on 4.1. So that you can use this as a daily driver.

How to Install?
Note: Use of CWM is recommended and clean wipe is necessary and do not select 4.3 Condensed Roboto Font in Aroma while installing the Rom..
Download the ROM and from above
Transfer the ROM and Gapps to the root of your SD card.
Go to the main menu of your recovery
Go to mounts and storage
Format boot
Format cache
Format data
Format sd-ext
Format system
Go to main menu and perform a factory reset
Select install zip from SD card
Choose ROM zip and flash by following the Instructions in Aroma
Choose Gapps and flash
Reboot Like a boss.. :victory:

i followed your video tutorial exactly except OC, i dont want OC coz i preffer get more battery life than a bit more performance.. so what cpu gobernor do you recommend for NO OC kernel? thanks again for hard and good work

First i would like to thank unrevoked and AlphaRev Team for giving us Revolutionary and Agraben for fre3vo root. Now I have been playing with this rom for a while and am ready to bring it public. The latest TMOUS 1.45.531.1 base is used. Speed? Yes it is alot faster and smoother than stock of coarse and will try to continue to keep it that way. the long version: i thought Gitaxian was good, but this even better! gps and wifi have been working smoothly enough (though because you got rid of maps, i couldn't test the gps to my satisfaction). the transparent apps were a nice touch (but youtube updated itself and became like stock and now i have both facebook AND purple transparent).

Sorry it took about 36 pages before I gave in my share of the report. Great job on this ROM, This ROM is amazing, So far among the one's I've tried, This definitely hit the check boxes in my book.

Some ROM's tend to collaborate what seem's cool, what user's would enjoy, but this ROM has exactly what I need to get the job done. Camera.apk opens faster in the 2.1 release and everything seem's to be in place.

How to Install
BEFORE FLASHING MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP USING CWM RECOVERY
Thank you crazbanditz for the detailed explanation!
Part 1 - Clean flash of XXKPH (Skip Part 1 if you have already on XXKPH)
1. Firstly, Download the link from spacebar's XXKPH Feedback thread.
2. Run Odin3 v1.83
3. Set your phone to download mode : Press Volume down + OK first, then hold Power button.
4. Connect your phone, you should see Odin shows your phone is Added with COM number.
5. Click PIT button and select this file: latona_20110114.pit
6. You should see Re-Partition, Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time checked.
7. Click PDA button and select this file: CODE_I9003XXKPE_CL409735_REV08_user_low_ship.tar
8. Click PHONE button and select this file: MODEM_I9003XXKPE_REV_00_CL1041909.tar
9. Click BOOTLOADER button and select this file: APBOOT_I9003XXKPE_CL409735_REV08_user_low_ship.tar
10. Click CSC button and select this file: GT-I9003-CSC-MULTI-OXAKPE.tar
11. Click Start button to flash these files to phone.
12. Do not touch anything till you see PASS on the program window.
13. Turn off the phone and set it back into download mode once you get an initial first boot to homescreen. Do not set up anything, Just power off and set to download mode.
Note: You only need to flash once to XXKPE before proceeding to XXKPH
14. In Odin, press Reset button. Re-partition should be unchecked automatically.
15. Select file I9003XXKPH_I9003XXKPH_I9003SERKPH_HOME.tar as PDA
16. Click on Start to flash XXKPH PDA to phone
17. Once you have flashed, after the phone started up, press *#1234# and check your PDA,Phone and CSC, everything should ended with KPH
18. Reflash if you find camera does not work.
19. Factory reset
Part 2 -Installation of the CRANIUM rom
1. Install CF Root, you can refer to the post here for the CF Root:

2. Copy the custom ROM into your external sd card.
3. Boot into your Clockwork Mod Recovery
4. Choose install zip from sdcard ==》 choose zip from sdcard ==》Then select the CRANIUM rom to install.
5. After the installation is complete, reboot and you will now have the CraniumRom installed.
6. WIPE DALVIK CACHE
7. Done!
TO install v1.0,download only that file and install
To install v1.1,first install v1.0,and then install v1.1
TO install v2.0,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v2.1,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v2.2,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
To install v2.2(hotfix),first install v2.2,and then install v2.2(hotfix)
TO install v3.0,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v3.1,(fix) first install v3.0 then install 3.1(fix)
NOTE:3.1 cant be flashed!(it in the attached files)
Dont forget to flash the v2(C-rom lite version) hotfix!!

honestly speaking... miui, wp7 are kinda overdone...
AOSP gingerbread or sense would be something different for the whole i9003 scene because we do not have any sense based mods or UI mods !!

@sakindia123: I am using TW4.5 since quite some time and find it quite good. It seems like combination of MIUI and ADW (specially when using with vallemod theme). It offers speed as well as eyecandy. Obviously it's my opinion and other may differ. My suggestion will be to include two launchers.. one as eyecandy and other one for sheer speed and robustness. That will satisfy many souls... . Finally its your creation and your choice matter.

i tried 24 hours, good battery life, smooth, (not so plain, cause has a lots o´apps) even g+ new apps , dont need to update any of them, perhaps a nice theme would make this rom even little better (not function, but vissually appeal) congratz and thnx again my friend, good luck!
(didnt tried bt or hotsopt yet) but everything else works great... any music/sound known issues? (i dont think so, i duunnnoo cause i dont listen music with desire hd.. LOL)

oh thanks man,you said exactly the things i meant to do,i know its alot apps but all of them on data,so u can remove them easily,and no need for battery indicator mods too,white glow there too,but the greatest thing is battery life,i've been using it since 36 hours,and i still have 30 percent,this is the first time happened with me,
i totally agree with u about the theme thing,i wanted to do that,but first i wanted to know that all functions work greats,
hope that themer will be intrested as well

me too, been using IceColdSandwich and Primo-S with either dont have a working camera, using an old Kernel or being abandoned ;o(.
It seems this ROM has a LOT working for a first edition / version. Is it based on the Kernel V3?

There is no working kernel v3. Not one that boots on our device anyway.

This is ported from galaxy nexus, blindndumbs is ported from nexus s and mine is build from source.

It seems like there is an issue with super User. Titanium backup tells me that busybox works but su does not gives me root access.

Jalebi ROM has it's own tweaks and my ROM has it's own...
I have added graphical user interface (GUI) modifications...battery saving tweaks...and various performance tweaks...
I am not saying that my ROM is better, All ROMS are best because the developers put in a lot of hardwork ..Try every ROM and use what suits you best..

Hey there. Just want to let you know that the ROM was smooth and quick.
I dont know why i got this "leider wurde der prozess com.android.phone beendet" error but i was able to boot into.
FYI, i was on Dr.Bhokali ROM when i updated to SEMI
My Observations
1. Got every basic stuff to work
2. The phone's pull down toggle UI was the same as your screenshots were. But the settings interface was the same old blue and white icon type of JB.
3. Smooth and Quick
4. Wasnt able to test GPS since im surrounded by tall apartments
5. Has issue with wifi in previous rom. Did not face any such in SEMI

guys for that settings UI overwrite the settings.apk with this apk and change the permissions to rw-r-r..
