Okay, So I have been searching and searching and still can not find the app that I am wanting. I want an app that works just the same as the SMS notifier app that connects to your PC via Bluetooth with the ability to just quick reply rather than having to go through an entire app like for instance SMS Center. I have Sprints GS3 4.1.2 and Windows 8 computer that has Bluetooth. Anyone got any ideas?

Anyone know of a program like Jeyo Mobile Companion that allows you to send & receive sms's & manage contacts on the phone from the computer. I'm looking for a program fairly well exactly the same as that one except that can connect via wifi. I have been searching for quite awhile so if anyone can help me it would be appreciated.
Thanx
is there an app that will allow the user to display and send/receive his sms/mms on the pc when the phone is close by and connected to the pc by bluetooth?
i remember the nokia pc suite had this feature
wonder if its also available for android
You can send/receive texts through Google voice on the web page
Sent from my Nexus One using the XDA mobile application powered by Tapatalk
i know about that
also, thats only for US and you need a separate google voice number
i was thinking of using the features like bluetooth pairing to do such thing using the same number from the sim card
if im not mistaken, those features were on nokia and sony erricson phones
Pdanet does that, at least for sms. But I'm not sure if the free version works, probably does, and I'm not sure about bluetooth connectivity either.
I tried usb tethering with pdanet and the pdanet program on pc receives and sends sms.
Is there an app that allows you to control your phone with your computer via bluetooth? almost like vnc but more to send/receive phone calls, and text messages. Ive found one called controlmydroid but i was unable to get it to work and it looked kind of sketchy.
I saw one about a month ago, but it didn't allow control via bluetooth. I don't think there is one.
Is there any app out there that allows me to install a program on the computer to send texts through my phone via a bluetooth connection? Everything I've seen so far requires an internet connection.
Anyone?
:-(
Is there any app that can be used to see and control the phone's screen (SGSII) from tablet (SGN10.1) using wifi network (not over internet)?

I don't know if TeamViewer QuickSupport is that app you're looking for but it can do exactly what you want. But it only works with official Stock ROMs on Samsung devices.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm looking for an app that is specially written for android phones/tablets and works with local network without internet connection.

What are you trying to control? There are several apps that might be able to help with that.
AirDroid lets you access your device from a browser. You can do almost anything you could do on your phone from the web interface, and it works over local connections.
TabletTalk allows you to sync your phone and tablet over BT or wifi so that you can get call and text notifications on your tablet, and also respond to texts. If you have a BT headset paired to your phone you can even answer the phone from the tablet and talk via your headset.
TabletRemote also lets you control one android device from another.
One of these should (hopefully) fit your needs.
Or are you looking for a VNC type of setup where you can see your phone's screen and control it on your tablet?
