Sure , everything has its time .. our device is still new .. So There isnt too many people having it ,, by the time people buy it ,, and some of them will be developers.. then we will get PA ,, CM ..... BUT , We have to wait for "FXP" team to make CM for us .. FXP is a team who ports unoffical CM to our XPERIA devices .. Just be paitent ..
And how the stock ROM is boring ? ,, ITS FAST ( but full of bloatware ) ,, if you are bored from its design,, Just get a launcher and some themes from play store
I found Stockrom is OK. Only Camera is very, very noisy, without brilliant colors, the superior mode and Auto-HDR not available. (c2105)

yeah.. me too.. stock ROM is OK for me.. even the launcher is user-friendly and easy to use..i just want to remove the bloatwares..i can't wait to unlock my BL.. :fingers-crossed:

I hope so! I love stock but with cyanogenmod as base we could e.g. get slimbean which will get the best out of the device

SleamBean is a verry nice Rom, but on any devices it eats battery. so on Xperia S it is only for Heavy Users which will load the device everyday.
Yeah, unfortunately thats true.. SlimBean really reduces the battery life

Ok if you say so... I just heard it would be good for battery. But that surely depends on governor/scheduler, too.
In c2105 e.g. android system and OS always had a major part of battery drain.
Now, with weathley and deadline they are extremely tiny.

Yes, but only in Accumonitor. In real this both drain no accu and system Deepsleep is ok. I think it`s a bug in monitoring android 4.1. or have to do with staminamode.
The opposite is often the case with 4.2 CM based. This drains the Accu Quickly, but system and OS are allegedly involved only small. On Xperia S SlimBean drains 2%/h in DeepSleep and system and OS are 2-4% at the end of the list. The largest consumer there is the sleepstate.
Best way to find the real drain is the App BetterBatteryStats. it shows the wakelocks and the drain per hour in %. Stock is with 0.1-0,3%/h very good.

then i'll just stay with stock,using my XL as a gaming phone.
I didn't try it before with Android 4.4 but after upgrading to 4.4.2 (deodexed stock Rom, rooted) I can't take and video. The camera goes into Video mode but nothing hsppens when I press the red button. Ans idea what could be The reason for that?

Video recording working fine here on stock 4.4.2. Maybe it's a bad installation or something related to the deodexed ROM.
So i use cm11 based rom as my daily driver and i found

What device do you have? Because that Xperia SystemUI is on an Xperia Arc forum so I"m a little concerned about trying it on a device other than that.

There is developers who is working to port all z2 things
the SystemUI and camera is the hardest things to port
and here we are with z2 SystemUI :laugh:
so let's hope that developers can port sony stock camera in the near future :fingers-crossed:

I'm using the last CM11 nightly and is not working, actually it kills my SystemUI making it firce close and when restores the default one i lose the theming capabilities...

Installed on RR M2 Rom, works well. Album is not working after Play Store updates (as everywhere), Keyboard also FCs a lot (I can't even download dictionaries), not sure about SDCard Transfer and SNEIManager (how do they work?), but else everything seems to be working.

try install latest xperia keyboard from apkmirror, or update via playstore,mine work well, download dictionary work well to.
installed on OmniRom RC1
for album app, same here, not working after playstore update or install manual from apkmirror
I just need sound enhancements, so what to do?
WIth RR - errors with "album" and keyboard - installation from Google Play or apkmirror - didn't help.
With Omni - it's better, but album is still crashing. I needed to install all Xperia aps from apkmirror, although Xperia Clock 2 doesn't seems as it should.
This package allows download original Xperia Themes but there's no possibility to apply it (or ... I don't know how).
I'm recommending this theme https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ngocgiap.xperia&hl=pl and use only icons pack. For me is the best.

Something you are fooled like that, it is enough to install a package framevork and everything else can be installed manually as from a google play.
And on the S2 the camera of the sony was ported.

on Sony z2 almost all are already ported, except for contacts, I have camera files and sound effects from it, installed on m2, but it conflicts with this rom, you need to rebuild files
