[Q] Xperia J HARD-BRICKED? - Sony Xperia Miro, Tipo (Dual), J, E

My phone just ran crazy and acting weird, so I've decided to restart the phone. It shuted down and never woke up. The led doesn't work and the screen neither. I've had CM 10 installed. When I conect it to my pc, it doesn't recognize it anymore and I try to do the same thing I've done with the SDK and nothing. Can I do something?

Realy? Of course i've tried that. I've tried everything, at least that is what I think.
boot.img, flashtool, every single program from Sony to connect the phone to the PC and nothing.

You tried to restart or reset( just asking cuz I see many devices being dead on cm10. After resets)

I've tried any combo button. The phone is dead, no led light, no screen light, no charging.
When I connect the phone to my PC i hear the connection "beep" and then the window with a new device pops up and doesn't recognize it. Ive tried using SDK as I've done it when the bootunlocker requested it and nothing. No signals of life.

I've already red that thread at least 20 times and talks about led lights, or flashtool and none of those is working for me.
EDIT : I have it charging. I'll let you know if I see any red led light. I hope it works.

It wont charge if you cant see anything. Use an external battery charger first.

I don't have an externar carger and I can't borrow nobodys battery because I'm the only one who has a Sony device.
Maybe I have to hope that the phone will wake up with the red led light or just give up?

I am perfectly fine, I'm sorry if i sound kinda grumpy. No, the flashtool doesn't shows any responses. When I flash the .ftf, I wait the window with the flf loading complete to pop up, and then i connect my phone in flashmod. The only response I get is from windows telling me he don't recognise this device.

Yeah, I hope so. I'll let the stock rom, but I must root it because I want to change the external with the internal storage. Do you think I can do that without unlocking the bootloader?

Yes. This time, dont unlock bootloader. Just root and vold.fstab.

Easy. 1st get root. 2. Get cwm 3. Read this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2147502 4. Follow the instructions CAREFULLY!!! or you brick the phone again.
Remember, you should ask WHY its not working but not HOW TO install this or that. Please read the guides on the first post carefully ok?

Means put the mod .zip files to root of microsd. Then boot to cwm. Turn off the phone. Then turn on. When you see sony logo, press volume down multiple times until you see cwm. Remember you must already have root and cwm before doing this.

[Q] (Q) Tipo is dead?

Hey, it's my first post so hi
I write this because my little Tipo probably goes to Phone Heaven. Flashmode and fastboot mode didn't work. I have LED but flashtool didn't detect those modes. When i try power on Tipo, i have Sony logo and... that's it. Should i do anything with him? I know, i've hard bricked the phone (maybe super hard bricked) and it's my fault, but is there any way to unbrick him?

I tried to be more specific since i started the thread, sorry if i couldn't provide enough info for you my friend i will try to be more detailed for you now if i can.
So my friend has this phone, Miro, she doesn't know much from technology and stuff so i told her to help her out, and i want to get some help from previous owners or anyone that could possibly help me,
So i open the phone from the button, normally, it boots normally, and while on the pin screen, the touch screen doesn't work/respond, and it restarts itself in a loop going in the same position again and again, my idea was to update it, maybe it would work that way, today i will get the phone and try to sort the problem out, i downloaded Sony PC Companion on my pc, but i don't know if this is enough, that's why i need you now, maybe you can suggest me some other kind of solution..
Thanks for responding kreatonn

I SOLVED THE PROBLEM MYSELF! and NO i never take my phone to support because it takes too long and it just comes back unsolved or replaced without actually fixing the problem
So after searching for many minutes of my life through sites and articles, i came up with one about recovering bricked phones, well i wasn't able to use Sony PC Companion because it wouldn't detect it. Or it would but it would restart itself and lose the connection in seconds...
The solution is to FLASH the original firmware with Flashtool
So to solve the mystery
1. Download the original firmware from the xperia collection: HERE
2. Download Flashtool
After all of this history, be sure to get all the drivers needed for the phone you have, if you have windows 7 it will download them automatically if you run and try to flash it since it detects and downloads them with windows update, or else you have to get drivers for your miro and install also the drivers that flashtool needs you to install (it has a folder drivers on it's installation directory)
So when you install Flashtool, Open Flashtool, and Turn off your phone (Remove the battery, and put it back after a few seconds), Do not turn on your phone, just put it on the USB port with the cable.
On Flashtool
1. Put the downloaded firmware into the installation directory of Flashtool, inside the folder, "Firmwares"
2. Open Flashtool (or 64bit version if your windows is 64bit)
3. Press the Thunder, and choose Flashmode
4. On the window that appears, choose MIRO's FIRMWARE and hit OK
Now it has this screen where it waits for you to do something with the usb. It's easy
5. While your phone is turned OFF completely and is probably charging on the USB, Press the VOLUME DOWN button and turn on your phone, the LED will turn GREEN or BLUE i think.
6. The program automatically detects the phone and starts flashing the original firmware
So after that i waited like 2 mins to complete the flashing on Flashtool, and 5 minutes to open the mobile (first time is always slow)
and it would respond, the touch screen and everything.
Thanks for your responses!
