This is the official Sony Xperia Z Bootanimation, scaled to our Xperia miro /tipo
Remembering that this is the official layout, with the logo "Xperia" appearing first. i cant test for tipo but your tell me if it works in your tipo

instructions put the file bootanimation.zip in // SYSTEM/MEDIA apply rw permission and reboot

Hi ! I just created Xperia Z2 Boot Animation for MDPI device !
What makes it different is this bootanimation have sound,and medium quality images. Also, i added "powered by android" branding logo on splash screen to make our phone looks like a newer handset

Unfortunately, sound only work if we use "Reboot" option at Power Menu.. Yeah, i just discover it this morning after i turn on my phone..

That's weird.. I swear the sound is working on my Tipo Gimlo firmware..

Works great on my tipo... I dont care if sound works or not (is not working on my phone) but it looks great! :cyclops:

I just made a little "mod" of this excellent bootanimation (hope OP doesn't mind)..
I've replaced the bootanimation sound with the new sound from some samsung galaxy devices, which I adjusted to coincide only with the Xperia Logo, but not with the blue part of the animation.
Here's the link: http://d-h.st/8ZG, and as in the OP, just replace and give right permissions in /system/media

Thx man, already tried it and works great on my tipo st21i on stock fw.
Even the sound is working fine. :good:

blazeface98, in my case it always worked, from the reboot option and when the phone is fully powered off. I'm using Xperia Tipo Gimlo firmware + @TiestoFlight643 Xperia Z1 ported framework and apps.. If the OP bootanimation sound didn't worked, this might not work too, but try it if u want, maybe works

Xperia Miro has a resolution of 320x480 , Xperia J has a resolution of 480x854. How does the Miro? These phones have different resolution and from what I know Bootanimations must be for each resolution. MDPI, HDPI .... excuse me if I'm wrong.

Something goes wrong bootanimation stuck. It's only 2 picture like on Your ss start got Xperia sony smartphone, next is ss no.2 and stuck

-Download latest cm11 build for your handy or when you already have it,open your cm11xxx.zip file
-go to system/framework/
-Extract framework2.jar to Desktop from your cm11 build.
-Decompile it with Apk Multi Tool or any Apk Tool

-Copy all files to your framework2.jar

Edit. Bro Custom wallpaper works for me. What I did is Installed your Z2 settings, Went to Settings-Personalisation-Wallpaper and selected wallpaper using Albums.
