probbaly you need to upgrade the firmware
but you can flash it as it is and see how it goes
if you have bootloops then requires firmware upgrade
before anything make a nandroid from recovery just in case
note:to upgrade the firmware you have to be on S-OFF

if i will have a bootloop, can i use command:
fastboot flash flash boot.img?

And one more
I see you have S-ON and 3.32 firmware, how you flash it?

If you're interested in rooting your phone, you could try installing the TMOUS version of Android Revolution HD (Android Revolution HD 1.2.2 T-Mobile) from here
if you are SOFF then do supercid (fastboot oem writecid 11111111) and then install stock tmous RUU
if you are SON but unlocked then you need to do SOFF for supercid to work ..soff guide ..check for auggie2k guide on soff
if you just want the ROM part of TMOUS ..not the firmware then look (i mean flashable zip of rom ) ...look here

fastboot getvat version-main
Or simply post the bootloader details.. From that at least we can guess what firmware it is

you need to update the firmware ..to 3.32 tmous version one
get the 3.32 tmous release one from here
and flash it (flashing instructions in the same guide too )
then if you haven't erased/formatted/wiped anything of the rom part ...you chould boot fine (you cant boot to earlier 2.3 version rom though as the firmware is of ICS one and rom is of GB )
otherwise go to recovery once you flash the firmware (remember once firmware is flash you need to remove the zip file ..otherwise you cant go to bootloader ..thus you cant enter recovery ) and flash the Tmous ROM again ..you should be fine after that

What did you do that it got stuck on hboot or do you mean HTC boot logo
If it's HTC boot logo then there are 2 ways first it is with the ruu and the other is unlock your bootloader on htcdev website and flash custom recovery , in your case with s-on I suggest 4ext recovery with smart flash enabled and just flash a custom Rom with 4ext
S-ON
Vipers 1.6.3
4ext recovery
turbo boost cache swap
Sultan Kernel r14.5
any more idea ? best way if someone help find stock ruu mor my firmware and radio,or how to change my firmware, radio with s-on .thanks.
help please... :crying:

Try downgrade your firmware by flashingan older firmware to your mobile from the bootloader/fastboot. After that try to run the ruu that you tried before. You can find all the old (and new firmwares here

ok then try this
if you have recovery installed(if not i suggest 4ext because you are S-ON)
flash the stock rom from it(but first enable smartflash from recovery)

did you use htcdev unlock method to unlock the bootloader?
edit:if you tried to flash an ics rom then it won't boot because with your hboot version you have gb firmware
you have to upgrade first your firmware to ics and then flash the ics rom
and to upgrade firmware you must S-OFF first
to SOFF: http://revolutionary.io/
to upgrade firmware: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1459767
flash 3.33fw universal
just follow very carefully the installation steps and before flashing check md5 sums(important)
after flashing the firmware install the ics rom because your current rom(GB) won't boot on an ics firmware
continued rnexpec
if you don't want to S-OFF
You must have 4Ext Recovery, before flash a zip rom. Enable Smart Flash in 4Ext and after that install the rom

Yes, that's the way you do it when you're S-On, though you don't need to use 4ext, you could also use twrp and enable HTC Dumlock.
If your phone doesn't boot after flashing it could be possible that you need to flash 3.33 firmware first.

S-OFF your device with revolutionary.io method
