[Q] Note 10.1 Wifi Automatically boots into Recovery - Galaxy Note 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So I tried to install Android Revolution HD 9.0 today, and after installation, I got stuck in a boot loop. Then I tried factory resets and cache partion wipes and multiple reinstalls and now it automatically boots into recovery.
Prior, I had a stock ROM, but it was rooted, but I was plagued with issuse such as random reboots and half the time on reboot, it would be stuck in a boot loop.
Can anyone help me out here?
I'm still fairly new to android modding beyond following instructions for installing CWM/Custom ROMs, so take that into consideration.

Factory reset or wipe phone in CWM and flash a new stock rom via Odin .

Done and done. Thanks for the help!

[Q] Bricked ns4g?

I have a Nexus S 4g with ICS. Phone was rooted last year. Ran stock ICS for the past month (Sprint OTA update). Last week it rebooted when downloading an app. After the reboot all of my apps were "closing unexpectedly", not force closing. After about 10 minutes it tried to reboot and got stuck on the boot animation.
-Tried doing factory wipe/reset through the OS, TWRP, CWM and Fastboot. When it reboots, nothing has been wiped.
-Flashed Stock ICS and Gingerbread images. ICS will start and get the app close cascade, then get stuck on the splashscreen. Gingerbread hangs on the google screen/does not boot.
-Cannot write to sdcard but can copy everything off the phone to my PC. Toggling USB Debugging does not help.
Flashed stock rom using odin. It said that everything was successful but it booted up to the same problem.

I am out of ideas. I tried using Odin but could not find the PIT file for my phone.

if u have installed stock rom go to recovery and do a factory reset and clear cache
clear caches
I have done factory reset from the ICS UI, stock recovery (ICS and GB), CWM, and TWRP. I've cleared the regular cache, Dalvik cache, sdcard and everything that is clearable or wipeable in in CWM, TWRP, stock recovery. I've cleared the cache in fastboot and did "fastboot -w" (don't know exactly what that wipes) with no effect. I even had Windows try to format the phone. I have done any and all combinations at least three to four times apiece.

Another Bootloop Thread

com.google.gapps kept crashing so I decided to flash rayman's CM10 v6 rom over b5. Now I'm stuck on the CM10 logo. Cold boot doesn't work, Apx to cold boot doesn't work, and I can get back to recovery but flashing the rom again and/or wiping cache, wiping davlik and factory reset still didn't work.
EasyRecovery appeared to work at first but then at the stage where my device is supposed to reboot it started throwing me a 'device not found' error and it of course continued to be stuck in the bootloop.
What should I do?
EDlT:Easyflasher worked, but I lost all my data
Apparently the same issue
Well, apparently I'm having the same problem as Devour, I have the Team Rogue Recovery installed into my device and tried to install many different OS but always results into being stuck in the OS boot. I also wiped everything, cold boot but always end up with the OS boot stucked.
Does anyone can help?

[Q] Samsung P5100 crashing, reboot loop.

Why is my Samsung p5100 stuck in a reboot and crash loop?
I am using Mokee 44.2 p5100 2014/03/09 and at the beginning all was well now, since about the last week it just will not stay on. Every time it restarts it downloads app updates, and forgets that I've installed / uninstalled certain apps. they all just reappear. Then during these updates the tablet crashes, then reboots and downloads app updates, crashes, reboots etc... etc...
I have tried to flash this Mokee and Omni ROM from Phils touch wizz, I'm wiping all data and factory reset, wiping dalvic and formating /system, /data and /boot. Then install from the zip file. This reports that the ROM is now installed use and enjoy. Upon rebooting the tablet, straight back into Mokee 44.2 2014/03/09 and the above mentioned reboot, crash loop resumes.
I have tried to re install the Samsung stock ROM from ODIN 3.04 and this get to the FACTORYFS section and fails!
So, the question is an i now stuck with a useless tablet?
I have also now discovered that I am unable to update the Philz or CWM recovery. Although Odin says again that the upload has been successful.

[Q] Stuck in cyanogenmod boot loop

I installed cyanogenmod a few days ago and it was working fine. I installed a font changing app, and it needed to reboot to work. When it tried to reboot, it got stuck on the cyanogenmod boot screen. I booted to recovery and did a factory reset, wiped dalvin cache to no avail. I found a stock Rom for my phone, but Odin doesn't seem to see it when I go into downloading mode. Am I doing something wrong? What should I do next?
Just reflash CM.

[Q] ODIN Pass but Nothing has changed

Hi Guys, Need some help please!
My P3100 had CM11 on it, and one day it stopped booting, was stuck in the Samsung logo. I got into recovery, did a factory reset\cache and dalvik wipe, but has not helped. I got into the Download mode and tried flashing the stock firmware. Odin takes 92 minutes to complete this process, and I can see "PASS" displayed, but tab still stuck in Samsung logo. Infact, when I reboot to recovery after flashing Stock rom, it still takes me the CWM recovery, while I expected to get into Stock recovery. I have also tried flashing TWRP recovery, I get a Pass message, but takes me to CWM recovery again. I have tried flashing custom ROMs from this recovery, dont get any error, but tab still wont go past the Samsung Logo. Out of ideas now, please help!
Boot into Recovery
- wipe data factory reset
- wipe cache
- wipe dalvic cache
- format system
- flash new ROM (if you flash stock ROM CWM/TWRP recovery will be overwritten during first boot)
I have tried that. Several times. The CWM recovery seems to be permanently stuck to the tab. Even if I flash twrp recovery, the flash is successful, but I go back to CWM recovery.
