Its not that great on the stock firmware, but flash it with cm10.1 and oc it to 1.2ghz and its a very capable little tablet for the price.

The new one ( S7582 ) has the same specs except for the cpu and maybe the (gpu). The new one is 1.2GHz , dual core, and has android 4.2.

All you need to do is post in that thread that you want a forum for that device. If other users are posting for that device as well, the device will be considered and possibly a forum made!
