Any one have issues with Bluetooth while watching netflix or mxplayer? seems like the bluetooth is cutting into the streaming on netflix, the sound stutters a bit and i can here static clicking. this happens with both netflix and mxplayer. Nvidia need to update? or apps need the update?
anyone? anyone getting audio crackling while using bluetooth? I tried using retroarch to play columns, and apparently the bluetooth audio is totally slowing down the game play and audio. after turning off the bluetooth, game play is smooth. Anyone got this issue, or similar?
wonder if Nvidia can fix this with updates...

Have you tried reporting it on the NVIDIA forums? I'm not actually part of the support staff, and honestly don't have time to forward bug reports from XDA. I'm about to post a new thread explaining why I'm so busy and why I'm going away for a little bit...
I actually had some issues with bluetooth audio too. Connection to the headset has been lost and all apps that have audio output just crashed. Disabling bluetooth fixed this issue...

Yea, posted it on NVIDIA's GEFORCE forum. but sounds like they've acknowledged the issue. at least i got my ShadowGun Deadzone working!

I forgot to attach the image...sorry y'all. It also dims the video when the watermark is shown. It happens for all videos on all channels only when connected to WiFi (at home, inlaws, or hotels). Any one seen this before and how do you rectify it?

That looks like the Chromecast icon. Are you connected to a device by Bluetooth by chance? I get this issue if I try to play a video in my car. Unfortunately, Google considers Bluetooth audio as being chromecasted. I hope they fix this soon.

Reboot. The chromecast connection sometimes glitches and it gets stuck this way.
I dont have chromecast, and is not connected to any bluetooth device when this happens. I just tried it with bluetooth connected through my car (chevy mylink) and other than the subtle audio/video sync issues, there is no icon on screen.
I cannot replicate this issue with my 2013 nexus 7, and that has the same bluetooth devices paired with it.

Did you try and clear the cache and data of your YouTube app yet?
Did you ever pair it with a You Tube app on a TV or cable box?

Uninstall updates and you should be good to go. Something I. The latest update. Does this to me while I'm connected to my headset.

I want to love this phone but I am having difficulty for one reason: Bluetooth issues.
So I have a Note 3, my wife has an S4, a friend has an S5. 2 I know have the M8. I loved the Note 3 but Kit Kat has killed it until I can root it at least.
Anyway, all of these phones work flawlessly streaming bluetooth music to my car EXCEPT the M8. I had a Rezound for 5 minutes and it had the same issue. It is just this annoying clicking sound that is similar but worse than the stock camera click.It happens about every 10 seconds on the dot. I drive a 2011 Kia Optima LX (daddy car, ha). I know it isn't boom sound because that isn't enabled over bluetooth. I tried playing with max volume, low volume, mid volume. I tried a 3rd party equalizer. I tried streaming music, youtube videos/music, local files...all the same clicking. ALL HTC phones I have tried have the same issue! I I have no idea what to try. I also tried turning NFC off...wifi off. Driving out into the middle of nowhere to make sure there is no interference. This does not happen through the speakers or headphones. Only Bluetooth. I am at wits end!
I really would hate to return this over that issue, but I will. I want to love it - but something like this is annoying enough to make me hate it. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I cold do to fix this?

I have the same problem with Pandora over Bluetooth in a Chevy Equinox and on my Beats Box portable. This did Not happen with my HTC Rezound. Does anyone have a fix for this ? Just makes me want to explode !

Last night I tested the Jaybird Bluebuds X and they have the same issue.
Another good question would be: If you have experienced this and rooted - did root fix it?

FWIW I have horrendous issues with the HTC m8 and the A2DP BT Audio Streaming in my car where in the past my S3 and S4 had 0 issues what so ever.
In some cases it won't pair consistently and other times even when it is paired, I can't control the app to play/advance tracks. I hope/expect HTC is aware of this and is working on a resolution.

I drive a 2014 Camry that I stream music through the Bluetooth also have a pioneer head unit in it that I use the unchain app

Last question, have you tried using google play music at the highest quality setting? After further research - I believe this is directly related to the known issue with FLAC files. HQ Play Music will stream FLAC depending on the artist. I would be interested as to if you have tried that at all and if it exists on viper rom.
I was able to repro the issue on multiple devices and that enabled me to narrow the device itself out. That's kind of good/bad news, haha. Google has a fix but it did not make the cut for 4.4.2 - so I am curious as to if some of the leaked stuff has the fix or not. After updating to 6.0, I've noticed my music playback on bluetooth has been choppy. Almost unbearable at times. Other than the software update, nothing has changed. Same music apps, same WiFi (at work), same bluetooth headset. Playing music from my SD occasionally is choppy too.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Anyone planning to come up with a mod that fixes the Bluetooth quality when streaming while connected to a wearable? I know APT-x doesn't suffer from this problem but my car stereo is A2DP (Ford Focus 2013). The crackling is annoying as hell, makes it sound like I'm listening to a 64kbps file when I'm playing FLAC files

Thank you. But this experience is with the speaker. I am also not using earphone jack as I have bluetooth headset.I will really appreciate if someone can try the app I mentioned and check if it is the same. If not, then I'll return it to where I bought it.
