[Q] want to post rom bugs but coz of xda policy cant post help!!!

i m trying to post bugs list for rom cm13 for micromax funbook p275. but coz of xda policy that user cant comment until he/she gave 10 posts to xda...what the hell? the user who tries to learn from xda and want to post or comment anything for understanding.... thn where he go for that???? ???????

Rules are Rules mate.. I am facing same here but don't make a tragedy of this.. just let's wait and we will be able to post where we want

The reason the 10 post rule is in place is to prevent spambots and spammers. Also, a lot of new users come to XDA as they think it is a support website. XDA is a developer site, not a support site. New users want to access dev threads and ask questions. Dev threads are not meant for Q&A's, they are meant for development. To get 10 posts, all you need to do is help 10 people in Q&A or General forums...contribute to XDA by helping others. Once you have 10 posts, then you get access. Hope this helps

well this is a development issue ...
my frnd and i made this rom by porting cm 10 and x rom{awesome rom check it out }
so wen i tried to flash it something went wrong ...
it said installation aborted ... something about it being a bad file !!!!
i changes some stuff in the updater script !!!
check it out pls......
only for testing .... i am not responsible for bricked devices ......or if anything else happens
pls help me and test this rom and then tell me if it works and if it does not.... Then tell the problem...

Hi,
I'm not sure what device your ROM is for so its unlikely I can download and flash it to any of mine
That being said you believe the problem lies in the updater-script? If so this guide may help you understand where you went wrong

Here you should hopefully find some who have your device and be willing yo test your ROM.
At XDA-Assist we are here to help you find your way throughout the forum not to troubleshoot ROM issues.
Hopefully someone at the thread linked above can test your ROM and give you insight on where the issue lies.

It can be frustrating but you also need to know how to ask, I have seen you posted in the XDA-University forum and I will be there to help. but you need to give some more details.

[Completed] Micromax A300

Devs... Pls help us out... MMX A300 is a powerful phone (atleast by specs)... Pls develop some custom roms mainly targetting the wifi issue and the speaker volumes... Any rom like cm12,miui etc would be ok... Pls help us out ..from all of us who own this phone....:angel:

We at XDA Developers do not have any control at all over which phones receive development, we merely provide a place for developers to share their ideas and work. I'd suggest you keep looking around and hopefully some custom ROMs will appear for your phone in the future.
