[Q] External Microphone(Stereo) input?

I do not have my Galaxy Tab Plus yet, I plan on ordering it soon from T-Mobile US. However, I am going to be mounting this tablet in my Dashboard of my car, I was wondering can someone who does have this device confirm for me that there is a way to connect an external input to this tablet?
For example, I would like to have a headphone (3.5mm) jack connected to the tablet on one end, and be able to connect it to the headphone jack (output) of an mp3 player on the other end, and listen to the music from the MP3 player through the Tablet. Please let me know if the Galaxy Tab Plus is able to do this.
Thanks in advance!
There's no external mic input for the P6210 7.0+. Not quite the T-mob version, but similar enough. A bluetooth stereo audio transmitter might be your workaround, mp3 player streaming via bluetooth to the 7.0+, assuming there is an app that can render the stream(don't know of any off hand).
Okay, I'll have to see what apps can render incoming Bluetooth audio for android then. I found the device I can use to do this through BT, http://www.miccus.com/products/blubridge-mini-jack.
Thank you for the information! I might just be better off waiting until T-Mobile gets some new tablets this year as well... we'll see, I am just pretty impatient and really excited to get this project going.

[Q] Use android device as a bluetooth headset?

OK.. so first question you are probably asking is WHY??
I am looking to build an in-car computer with one of those little android computers, touch screen monitor, all hooked up to an amp and then my standard car speakers..I want to then use this to take calls from my Samsung S2 and also playback music.
So what I am trying to find out is if it is possible to get android to act as a headset / audio playback device? Have looked around but found nothing helpful. Any thoughts??

[Q] Working on converting to android

so have a note2 and enjoying it... issue is getting media to my other devices. Currently I have an ipad1 sitting under my audio receiver connected via usb and it allows me to control spotify with my universal remote as if the receiver and ipad were one. I am thinking about buying a nexus 10 but I use my tabs for mostly media and ebooks. I want the sound and possible video (all streamed... spotify, netflix, google music, pandora) to somehow make it to my receiver and if it is video obviously make it to my tv. My receiver is a yamaha rx-373 (have a rx-473bl in the mail with networking abilities)
The solution I am looking at would preferably be something close to airplay or being able to connect my device through usb and control it with my universal remote or connect via hdmi but still charge my device. Ideal solution is being able to output everything over wifi to a receiver (maybe samsung allshare dongle) attached hdmi to my yamaha receiver. I just have no clue if that dongle will work with non samsung devices and if it will completely mirror my device.
Anyways this is what I am looking for and wasnt really trying to spend a bunch of money in trying things and paying return shipping on multiple things for what kind of knowledge probably is available here.

[Q] How to use android device as A2DP sink

Hello,
it's my first post and I have no idea where to post a question like this, but here goes:
I have just acquired an iPod nano 7G with bluetooth source capabilities (connect to bluetooth headsets to play music through them etc.)
My problem is, I have a set of good speakers in another room and I'd like to play music from them wirelessly while the iPod is charging on the dock. Also, I'd like to use the android device as a portable bluetooth speaker when out on camping trips...
I have a Note II (rooted) which I want to use as the sink. I am aware that the Note II can be used as an A2DP sink, but I am unable to find any apps that enable this functionality. Has anyone tried to do this and can perhaps guide me through doing this?
So to recap: iPod --> Note II --> Speakers. Note II needs A2DP sink functionality and everything should be fine.
Thanks in advance!

[Q] Streaming audio playback from Android to PC

Hello fellow XDA'ers,
My question is simple. Is there any way to sync/stream literally all my phone's playback to my PC ? I see all kinds of methods where audio/video files could be streamed from Phone to PC and some methods to stream audio from PC to Phone (like SoundWire), but I would like to be able to do the opposite.
Example Scenario: I listen music quite much via my PC, on a (some would consider) very high volume, chilling on my balcony, which prevents me from hearing my phones notification sounds & ringtone. I would like to be able to stream/sync those sounds to my PC so it plays the sounds through my speakers, connected to my PC.
I've been searching my *behinds* off on Google for this, also I looked (not thoroughly) through the forums here for any similar threads, but couldn't find one. I now depend on your wisdom as XDA'ers hehe.
Any kind of solution is welcome (via App, Server, Client whatever).
BTW: my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4 , GT-I9505) is rooted (OmegaROM v42.1 - XXUHOF2) with Android 5.0.1
Thanks in advance.
Kind Regards,
Well the way i do it, which in my case i consider to be the easiest way is: if your PC has bluetooth you can sync it to your phone and every sound from your phone will come through your pc speakers. If your pc has no bluetooth you can buy a bluetooth dongle 4.0 for about $20. And if i want extra all i do is connect my pc to my 7.1 sorround sound system.
