Ok, I assume you have drivers installed on your PC for your device? You will just need to go to this link and download Impactor onto your PC please.
http://www.cydiaimpactor.com/
Make sure USB debugging is enabled within settings on your phone then extract the impactor file and run the impactor application. As long as you do not get an error once Impactor completes, you will just need to install SuperSU or Superuser from Play Store. Let me know if you have any issues with this and I will try to help.
Good luck!

For my mind the best way to have ROOT on your phone is flash your device with kdz firmware that already have been rooted.

You need to flash a custom rom.. superuser app will not work on any stock rom...you just succeeded in installing the superuser app but your phone is not rooted.

Nope, the fm_root install su, too. So it should normally work.
But mikrokatevas, just try the rooting-method described here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1253707

Alright I bought this phone for the simple fact that it is an update from the u8652. I tried superoneclick and unlock root. I cant get this phone to root at all. Unlock root gives me an error that shell root failed. Superoneclick says it cant get permission and it cant remount the device. Im lost . Anyone with any advice please feel free.
I'm having the same issue. I tried gingerbreak and z4root and had no luck. I can't find anything about it online
I can help.
Look download and install unlockroot on your pc unlockroot.com and put phone in debug mode settings-application-development and enable debugging and the click root and see if it works! Can it play temple run?

I tried that, but it said it failed to get shell root. A lot of the Huawei devices are supported, but I didn't see any of them that had 2.3.6.
Hopefully someone will figure something out. I bought this as a spare phone, and it would be great to get rid of all the bloatware and rev it up a little bit.
Yes, I am having the very same problem. I have tried ZRoot, Ginger Break, Unlock Root, just to name a few. Still no luck. Please help.

I am also trying to root the Fusion 2 Huawei u8665 with no success so far. Tried all the same programs that kosein listed above. To answer the question asked above by HUAWEIu8652 Yes it can play Temple Run. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Try this.
Try using this method for the Fusion 1 but don't install any Fusion/Sonic roms because the CPU on the Fusion 2 is faster and it will cause malfunctioning. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1494843 :good:

Ok sorry let me start off by apologizing I was using the wrong version of Super One Click.
List of everything I am/have done so that maybe you can pinpoint anything I may be missing or doing wrong:
Installed Android SDK
Installed Java SE DEV KIT 7 update 9
Installed SuperOneClick 2.3.3
Made sure SD card is unmounted
Put phone in USB debugging mode
Turned on Log Switch
Set Log Setting to Verbose
Rebooted phone
Run SuperOneClick 2.3.3
Then I get stuck at step 7 Program stops responding
Hope you might have a clue what to do from here and thanks for your help either way. I tried to send a screenshot but it won't let me post links yet. If you need one send me a email same screen name at gmail
Unlockroot
You need unlockroot wich is better than superone click try it see if it works.
Forgot to explain things better.
in sdk manager you need to select android sdk tools and android sdk platform tools with a ckeck mark and then select install packages.

PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK! WORKED 100% for me!
Hi again,
Here is another guide on rooting. This guide can also help you root all Android Devices below Jelly Bean.
1) Take your IdeaTab and enable USB debugging.
2) Download Mobogenie from here: www.mobogenie.com/
3) After installing it on your PC, Connect your IdeaPad and select USB storage.
4) Mobogenie will detect and install necessary drivers.
5) Download SRS Root, from here: www.srsroot.com/
6) Click on 'Root using all methods'.
7) Your IdeaPad will reboot 3 times (in some cases 2). On the second last reboot, your device will lag a lot and there wont be sound. Calm and be cool, this is only normal.
8) On the last reboot, you will have gained root access. Update the Superuser installed to the latest version.
The above guide is for Lenovo IdeaPad A2107. However, using SRS Root, you can root almost all devices below Jelly Bean (I tried rooting my Optimus L5 on Jelly Bean 4.1.2 but didnt work out)
Please hit the thanks but if this helped you out!

Hi i would appreciate if someone could help me asap!
Firstly, i've tried 2 methods to root my optimus 4X hd running 4.1.2 JB, but to no avail
The first method i've tried is from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2180688
the problem is when i double click the ROOT.bat file, nothing happens. the command thing pops up for less than a second saying
: adb is not recognised as an internal or external command...
The second method i've tried is http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1818502
After installing the systembackuptest app, when i open it, the app just force closes saying 'Unfortunately, Systembackuptest has stopped.'
Please help me im really new at this and would appreciate step by step guide. thanks

Yes I've done both of that. I've followed the instructions step by step. Could it be possibly because of my software version? Will it work if I restore my phone to factory settings

You can also try the manual method.
