Hello there , i am new about Android and just have 10% experience about modding android os , i don't want to say many thing . i had big problem in my tablet ., before i installed CWM 6+ for a13 tablet , my tab still fine n good , but nightmare was came when i install that thing , i was stuck in CWM everytime i reboot or reset ., only CWM i can do now -.- .. anyone can help me ???!! , in CWM it say , error to mount E (internal) . thats mean my internal alrdy bricked ?? because i alrdy trying install cyanogenmod 10 for tablet A13 , but nothing change , still at CWM when i reboot ., pls give me solutions ,
*About My tablet :
i dont know what my tablet model (i was buy secondhand)
6gb internal
2G n Wifi
No Bluetooth
Camera Rear and Back
9' inch
A13 12ghz
Android 4.0.4
kernel : 3.0.8 bla bla bla

where did u tried to mount it?
and e: isn't internal.
its nt mounting cause /system is empty??
try to install any rom to fix

i dont know my model tablet because the bootloader only show ANDROID . but my table got 2 camera and can calling ., if using another stock rom , is that can? sorry for bad english ~ from

See , The Thing Was That i Was Facinated By CW7 So last Night I Tried to install A CW rom On My Phone ,, Followed The Instructions , As :
Intalled 2nd Init ,
Ran the App ( 2nd init )
It Asked For Some Permissions , I Allowed It !
Then As The Tutorials Said , I Restarted My Phone , And Since then , Myy Phone Isnt Coming On , It Is Goin In A Loop With The " (M) " Logo .. I Tried Going In The Android System recovery <3e>,

Hi.
First sorry for my english, i'm french
I do something wrong with my HTC Sensation.
It was previously rooted - 4ext recovery & cm9 running well (during about one year)
But wanted to desimlock it today (changing operator)
To desimlock i Clean S58 Data (recovery / hboot / ...)
But unfortunaly i can't restore backup after that... file apparently corrupted
So tried to re-flash ROM but when boot up on recovery i've following messages :
At recovery startup :
E: can't mount /cache/recovery/command
second screen ;
E: can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E: can't open /cache/recovery/log
E: can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
and i can't boot on the ROM (cm9 startup screen during loooooooong time but never boot up)
I read some similars problèmes but not on sensation. and i don't want definitly brick it (if it is not already :/ )
What i've to do?
just hope i can restore it normally (and unlock if possible :d)

OK u can just delet it i'm a noob
just do all wipe ad then flash cm9 again and it works fine ^^

so guys i have this problem i search for something similar to it all over google but still cant fix it..
i have samsung galaxy sl i9003
in the first time it was at stock rom not rooted .. i rooted it and installed REMICS-I9003-v1.7 .. everything is fine tell i re instelled new rom its cyanogenmod 10.1 .. i found alot of bugs on it so i want to reinstell REMICS-I9003-v1.7 so while entring cwm recovery i got this :
cwm - based recovery v6.0.1.2

E:cant mount /cache/recovery/log
E:cant mount cache/recovery/last_log
and when i wiping date it sayes :
--wiping data..
Formating /data...
formating /cache..

Formatting /sdcard/android_secure !
skipping format ..
data wipe complete..
E:can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E:cant mount /cache/recovery/log

then i click on -install zip from sdcard then -choose zip from sdcard it says
E:cant mount /sdcard
ok so i moved the rom file to internal sdcard and i installed it..
when i reboot the phone nothing happend no logo animation or anything just black screen .. looks like i make a big mistake .. this is my first thread i hope u guys helped me and so sorry about my english its sucks lol

Plug your sd into your computer and format it
Jokes gets more serious thought, than serious words these days
the problem is not in the card so its useless to format it, I will only lose data.

Formatting is just one of the troubleshoot. If you're worried about losing data just back up on your pc then format it.
this problem can be related to fried emmc chip

sorry i'm completely a noob in this aspect as this is my first time having an android device..
my android device has MT6589 Android version 4.4.2 by default and 3.4.5 kernel version... my stock ROM, well, i don't know but it's customized by one of the university in my country, my recovery is CWM v5.5.0.4
so i searched any guides that might work and then bump into a guide in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2707438
custom ROM which i tried to port is from

it was said that it is for all MT6589 devices even though it's basen on Kitkat 4.4.4 and accidentally my dad have a hh that installed MIUI v7 with 3.4.5 kernel version(or so i remember), so i thought it will work cause its still within Kitkat
cause it's my first time.. by some chance i made a mistake in first attempt to port.. that is copied all text from recovery.fstab to A11Q file (From registering device to kitchen) and doing all the steps... and of course it didn't succeed but it became bootloop...
seeing that.. i tried using SP Flashtool to restore my stock ROM but it was the same.. stuck in the logo(bootloop)..
and then i tried opening CWM Recovery and it shows
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
and then.. i tried to seach for solution, it said to format /cache.. but when doing that, it shows:
E:format_volume:make_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/mmcblk0p6
Error formatting /cache
when trying others formatting, it was the same, just differ in mmcblk0p_
i still didn't try porting with SP Flash Tool as i was trying to restore my Stock ROM with it and still failed..
Anybody can Help me please?
