hi I have a problém in my cell phone htc chacha .. when I try to play an MP4 Video .. it doesn't run so well & the sound is not also compatible with the video image but when I play an AVI Format védio it works fine with no probléms .. I've already tried to replace the ROM but no good results .. I also tried to a lot of védio programs from MX but the problém won't solve
is there a solution ?

Whats the resolution of the video you want to see???maybe it was a hd mp4 format...if it was a hd format chacha cant play it fine,,,neither chacha nor any device with cpu less than 1GHz...

ChaCha can run videos with 480*720 or lower...

I already tested many roms, and this are their common problem..
any video player are not supported on roms..
only on stock rom can video player can install..
please help!

Try MX video player from the store, it's free and can play all file formats:fingers-crossed:
I second him, MX Video player is awesome... Runs on CM as well as GamerzROM... Checked...

I have installed Nexus 4.2.2 rom with root and cwm in my SHW-M250K which is now on gti9100 rom........my videos were good previously.....but after flashing nexus rom some of my HD videos arent syncing correctly with audio or not playing.....what is the problem and what is the solution.in previous rom i can play all videos without converting......but it seems that i have to convert video now...but i dont want to do that......i have flashed the rom from XDA forum........

i am not sure i understood u 100%or no ....... but i suggest to use app like steam media play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.StreamPX3T or another supported apps
try it and if it helped u hit thanks

I have tried many video player but I think softwares are OK and maybe problem is with the rom or settings or others. I have played the video without converting in the previous rom and now i can't play the videos properly..... Help please.....
Thats my proplem too .. And that is the only app that plays dvd and hd vedios on my mobile ...try it any way

the player takes too time for loading player list.....but my problem isnt fixed....my videos arent synchronized correctly .......i tried to googling....but i cant find my desired solution,help please.......

use "JetAudio" or "ES music (ES File Manager)" to play wav music...

Either u can use power amp or tune wiki,,,,i like power amp more,,,its awesome when using with the earphones,,,:thumbup:

I just flashed sungsonic hd rom in my tab 2 nd I am having issue in watching video.. when I open sony movie app and tries to play a video it juz give me a blank screen and my cell gets hanged... this issue is also persuing in my stock video player... plz help me guys... and how to get multi window option... help me...

Does anyone have a same problem as you in sungsonic thread? If not, then..
Did you do a clean flash before? That problem may cause by a dirty flash
Clean flash:
Wipe cache
Wipe dalvik cache
Wipe data/factory reset
Format system
Format data
Format cache
Format data and /data/media
Flash rom
Flash gapps
Reboot
Make sure you already have the latest gapps for your rom. Gapps can causing errors too.
Then everything will do as the rom can. And if the issue still persist, it's a bug from the rom. Only dev can fixed it.

i too have same issue with the rom.....alternatively download MX player from the market and all videos will work flawlessly....then i had frozen that video players using rom toolbox lite...if u want u do that also....
Try another ROM... Custom ROMs more attractive than the stock rom
