HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS ?
1. Download the .apk file
2. Install the apk file,, into internal memory ,,,. easy
3. Enable the miunlock app from the appdrawer
4. Then don't lock the phone manually by button for 1st time let it be lock own its own then the app works smoothly
5. Voila blow the kisses zxxZx Shake the booty enjoy the app...

The app is useful to some extent...
I used some extent cuz the the fone even unlocks on listening anyy sound....
Like even if i bang my hand in wall it unlocks.

this isnt blow to unlock its speak to unlock !!
i used this before itself when you talk when you are in lock screen it unlocks . That just keeps irritating me a lot
but anyway thaks for it bro (for other members not me (sure ) )

Have you considered Alive Video Wallpaper?
It really outshines the rest because it does not choke the device (every other Live wallpaper makes any device struggle). And also it does not kill the battery at all!
Gotta check it!

NOTE : I took these screenshots using Inspiration ROM V13. I'm not pretty sure if they work properly on GB ROMs other than Inspiration, but you can give it a try if you want .
NOTE #2 : Some popup windows might be kinda displaced ( notice the brightness slider popup window ) .

...So i started searching for custom lock rings on XDA, but i guess its my bad luck i couldn't find anything except this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1473293 .But the problem with this thread is that it is not compatible with HTC Explorer as we dont have fusion.apk...But i thought his work was really cool...
So here i have ported some of the coolest lock rings from his thread...Resized the images...and made a flashable zip for our HTC Explorer...:fingers-crossed:
