Hi everyone. I have recently been using CyanogenMod 10.1 and are currently on -20130720-Albinoman887-pyramid. It stopped sending MMS messages about June 10, it can still receive them. I tried updating the ROM, factory reset and have checked the APN settings many times. I read on the CM 10.1 page that they will start working again, but it has been 3 weeks and they still don't work. The stock messaging app just says "sending" the whole time. MMS was working on CM10.1 on my sensation start of the month, but not anymore. It is S-OFF and I have tried my SIM in another phone and it can send MMS messages in other phones.
Anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
Thanks for your time, Glen.
Maybe your apn of your carrier are wrong

The APN and carrier are unfortunately fine as these have been checked by the carrier and I can send MMS from other phones with my sim.

Hello,
I have Alcatel OT-995 using Android 2.3.6, I cannot send and receive MMS. Data works, APN settings are checked. Any suggestions?
What's your service provider? Have you checked with them? Have you used MMS successfully using another ROM on the same device?

Sorry for waiting, my service provider is "ONE" from Macedonia FYROM, they are assuming that is a software issue and that it will be solved with the next update(4.0.4) so I'm waiting for the update, and no i haven't tried with another ROM.
Running:
Galaxy S3 (verizon, d2vzw)
SlimBean 4.x diabled dialpad with voicemail.
First of all, thank you for the great rom! Love it!!!!
I have been having problems with retrieving voicemail after instaling SlimBean (stable 4.2 and 4.3) If I store the password along with the number (123-456-7890,,xxxxx#) the dailpad is disabled. The only thing that works is "End call" button. However if i enter the code manually when calling the voicemail, then everything is fine. Any help would be appreciated.
TIA.
Unfortunately this is a known issue and does not appear to be ROM specific. It happened to me on CM9 and every version of CM 10.x.x that I've tried.

Thanks for replying. At least someone cares I've tried other ROM and did not have this problem, but I guess just got lucky. I take it, there is no fix yet...?

I've never had issues doing:
*86,xxxxx
This is on VZW. Done this on several phones, with different versions of Android - all have worked for me. Currently running Rootbox 4.2.2 on my S3.
Hey guys,
I recently rooted my phone and installed paranoid android 4.0 beta onto it. Everything works properly but I can't get LTE reception at all. I have tried forcing the phone to only connect to LTE through using *#*#4636#*#* and all I am getting is no service|rogers. I have tried this on other Roms(omnirom) but to no avail. Can someone explain why I am not getting LTE reception in an area I should be getting it?
Much thanks ?
BTW if it helps I live Toronto and I'm with Rogers

Most likely it is your APN settings if LTE was working on stock and you have not flashed a new radio. Unfortunately, Rogers' site has not been updated with correct APN settings for devices past 4.2 : http://www.rogers.com/web/support/wireless/android-customize/1363?setLanguage=en
Those MIGHT work, but somethings can change between updates and being in the US, I've no way to help check. I believe the main issue is the APN has to have this: ltemobile.apn
Found this for the N4, which I am assuming the APNs will be similar, if not the same: http://www.thegadgetmasters.com/2012/11/23/how-to-nexus-4-has-lte-how-to-enable-4g-lte-on-nexus-4/
Good luck.
Yup the APN was the issue thanks!

Hi guys,
I recently flashed a Marshmallow 6.0 rom onto my phone and I have no mobile data connection at all, the only thing i'm allowed to do is make calls. My carrier is T-Mobile so I do switch to the APN settings but that still doesn't help, the phone is a AT&T phone keep in mind. This never happens when I flash a Lollipop rom. Can anyone help me out? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That really does sound like an apn issue. If your using default ones maybe it's incorrect

So I flashed it and changed the APN settings and it still hasn't helped at all. I'm lost why this is not working.

I agree, I'll just play around with some of the APN settings again.
I am having the same issues! I went to AT&T's website (cant post link, too new of a member.), and followed all their instructions to a T. No luck! I just installed the stock 6.0.1 rom. Everything else is awesome!

I found the fix with the APN settings, all you have to do is cope the settings from 5.1.x to 6.0 and you'll be fine.

Been struggling with this problem on my LG G3 on TMobile as well. Here are things that are worth trying if you want to avoid a hard reset (as suggested by TMobile support):
1) Manually updating APN
2) Removing SIM card
3) Clearing system cache
4) Network settings reset
5) In Developer Menu: Use legacy DHCP client
6) In Developer Menu: Cellular data always active
7) Disable Binge by texting #263#
8) Flash radio back to Lollipop
I also noticed that whenever I used Advanced Task Killer it immediately killed my mobile connection, so that's something to be aware of.
Seems like APN updates resolve this for most people, though it did not resolve for me.

Where did you get the stock 6.0.1 ROM? Was this an OTA update? I thought only 6.0 was available.
