How did you lose it in the first place? In any case, just download carrier changer and type it back in. I remember seeing the download link somewhere in the General subsection.

[Request] nav bar and battery

I tried aokp ROM and they have the ability to add the navigation bar. Can anyone create a zip that gives that possibility. Also they have a line that can be placed on top or bottom showing your battery. And it has a charging animation. Can someone create a zip to get those on cm10? Thanks

[Request] Nav bar and disable buttons

I've looked around and I can't find any mods that enable a nav bar. I'm also looking to disable the captive buttons on the screen. Can anyone help me?

Page 1 of that thread has pre made zips (thank Sheffy007), but if you are running anything really new they might not be ideal. Using the guide (see link) will work on any rom.

Thanks. I tried that but those files are no longer there.

What Rom? I can post the key files so you can make the nav bar

To enable the navbar on a ROM just decompile the framework-res.apk and navigate to /res/values/books.xml and change the navbar value (forgot the exact name) to "true". When finished, recompile framework-res.apk and push it to your phone.

[Q] Network activity on signal indicator

Hi,
With the stock Samsung ROM little arrows showed on the status bar showing when data was being transmitted and received. Now using Domination ROM this doesn't happen. Is there any way to get this with a custom ROM?

Google removed the network activity from signal indicator.

I want Google to bring it back.

Change Toggle menu icons

I saw a post awhile back mentioning how to change the toggle menu icons. I believe it was a basic zip file flash, anyone know where that post is or has the zip file? They looked highly customized with color and detail. Thanks.

[MOD] Black Status Bar (apk, zip,+more) [AT&T-only]

** Note: Use at your own risk. Proceed at your own risk. I am not liable or responsible. **
AT&T already has an option to set the navigation keys to an all-black background, but the status bar remains an inconsistent gray gradient.
De-odexed APK to finagle with yourself (rename accordingly): https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/68362468/LG G2/LGSystemUI.apk.blackBar
Flashable zip: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/68362468/LG G2/SysUI_Stock_BlackBar.zip
Return to stock: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/68362468/LG G2/SyusUI_Stock.zip
For black status bar + removed volume slider and/or brightness sliders, check my other post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2453457
Zip file worked like a charm! I was hiding status bar and now it goes great with my home screen. Thanks again!
was this located in the status_bar.xml?
