You can't remove the Samsung bloatware with a stock device. It must be rooted because the system insists that the bloatware is crucial to device performance.
If you're not willing to root your device, you can disable some of the bloatware in the App manager in settings.
If you're willing to root, try out AntTek App Manager on the Play Store
Take care when you're deleting bloatware, removing the wrong one can mess up your device.

Re flashing a stock rom should do the trick for you!!
Any touchwiz based rom will do the trick

Bro before posting.. Y u didn't try software update feature for ota update.. Ya hit software update in ur tab.. It will upgrade ur system with 4.1.2..God bless

4.1.2 is just crap on tab 2 !! It just has a group play feature added, an application for sketching (which is useless) and a smart stay feature (which cannot detect your eyes no matter how good the lighting is).

Multiwindow is not available in indian version of 4.1.2 update... i have tested that myself..

try framaroot apk, install it, for gt p6200 click aragorn, click ok then reboot so that superuser will be installed, worked on mine

So I installed jellybean 4.2.2 for my Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 using the samsung kies and it became very laggy. Scrolling and browsing is very laggy as well as the menu. Can anyone help me with that?

I also Installed Same 4.2.2 France update in my Tab2 GT-P5100,It's laggy and also If I clear catch showing Error, CSC also changed to KOR.

I unrooted and removed latest version of CM just to install this update for my tab -_-

Just reflash the rom, your data will not be away. Or you could extract them from stockrom, but it's easier to reflash the whole rom. There is no place in the internet, where all stock apps are uploaded.
