Here's a flashable zip of the newest DMG1 modem. It works for people who are stuck on dme4 or dmf1 modem.
It seems to have helped with my WiFi issues and network problems I've been having

If you're not stuck on dme4 or dmf1 then I wouldn't update at all. However if you're stuck on those modems this one seems to be better.

I've been suffering slow speed and high battery consumption here in Sweden since I updated to ME6, but this modem seems to have fixed it...

latest in european is XXKPU
try flashing kernels like UC , vurrut, BAM or titanium
i think it will fix those lags you are experiencing

2-use fast reboot or fast reboot pro...
3-U can always flash ur phone..

I'm not saying that it it's any faster or reaches any further than before but the signal seems to be reading higher, where my phone is sitting currently it normally gets 2 bars of signal and right now I'm reading 4

Lol first of all I accidently thanked you.
Seccond thing he said he is on ZSLE5. Which means its GingerBread not ICS. Also the kind of problem he is saying is not even on ICS.
One Possibility of the problem might be your Play Store is corrupted. Try Finding latest Play Store apk and push it into System/App(Assuming you are rooted).
Respond if any luck

Any new software has some pros and cons...
i am using ICS for the past one month..and for me nothing has changed..neither the battery backup nor the stutterness.. (ardatdat 4.2b5 + BB ROM)
but for others it has changed significantly...
at the end of day its upon you..!!

It's been months since I've used an aosp ROM, the only two things that kept me away was the hdmi out not working, and being unable to mount exfat file format natively. Is that still the case?

I added some info from the build.prop. This is an untouched and unaltered leak from the newest system dump. Bugs are still to be determined...
