Ice Cream Sandwich Stock Version like the Nexus S Rom for the Skyrocket?

Im looking for a complete Stock ICS Rom if its available i used to have the Nexus S Unlocked and i love the complete Stock ICS Look, im wondering is there a Rom with all of that??
Yesterday i was testing the last waffle house build but i got three things i didnt like, first one the usb storage problem, second one for some reason some of the apps wont download at all, and finally the phone re booted on it self.
Any other build out there with the real stock look of ICS??

Cm9 and aokp is probably the closest you can get to asop vanilla ics

That's kind of a stupid statement,***mod edited***... The ICS releases that are out now are just like stock AT&T ota ics... Do you think they're going to change the rom completely or give us aosp ota??? The releases that we have are as close to stock as they are gonna get, only thing they're doing now is getting bugs out or adding apps from the carriers that they want... Have you tried all of the ICS roms out there? I've been running seanz ucle2 ics release rom and I've had absolutely no problems... As long as you read/follow the instructions completely everything should be fine... And thinking about this, the skyrocket is from AT&T not from google so we're never going to get stock ICS ota... OTA releases are not gonna be like aosp, aokp or cm9...

No no no I'm not a dev guys OK I ported the rom and the last release I only helped a bit I been busy on a few projects for the skyrocket community lol but to say the hard work and dedication that actual devs have put in is beneath you is a statement that I can not condone and actually is an insult to this site the roms in the dev section are far beyond what anything Samsung will ever do (/rant)

For sure? Well buddy no one can give suriry that cm10 will come. Epsy is trying his best for our device and he is very near to perfect cm7 build. And as he said after cm7 he will work for cm10. But as cm10 is based on jb and we don't have proper drivers so it will be problem in making a buid with hw accl. For atrix (based on ventana board) he have made latest cm builds but because of this damn nvidia drivers issue those builds dont have hw accl.
I think he will make working cm10 for sure but maybe we won't get hw accl until nvidia releases drivers or official ics build releases which will be having drivers.

I have said before and saying again talking about this updates is useless. By blaming nvidia and samsung nothings gonna happen if we wanna make our device better than only we can do it. This useless gossips are not going to make any difference. Help our devs in their progress by however u can. We have already donated sgr to epsy now its our turn to help him in testing. A few bunch of testers are not going to find bugs. More peoples will use this builds more the bugs will come to know and it will easy to kill those bugs.
Not only cm but franz is also trying to port miui based on gb and we should help him in testing also.
Stop talking. Start doing.

And you want a Single Core phone that cant really handle 4.0/4.1 to have 4.2?

Why do you need 4.2 on a Galaxy 3. If you havent noticed they are pretty different devices..

And i request for official cm10 stable build, official cwm recovery and a port of quad core processor to our phone. Can you please do it. Look, thinks don't work here by merely requesting. If somebody had enough time for it, and had it been possible, it would already have been there.

The developers in the I9000 are working on it
As for the Galaxy 3 getting 4.2; having owned this phone once upon a time and spending time browsing these forums... If it can't handle 4.0/4.1 perfectly its not a good idea to ask for 4.2...

I'm not so sure about that. Correct me if I'm wrong but JB is easier to port, and more stable than ICS on most phones. I don't know if JB is easier to port than GB, though.
Either way, most people seem to have moved on. Support will diminish rapidly, if it already hasn't. It's sad.

may we fight for any future android os but fact is that till kernel 3.4x and open source driver for fimg 3dSE project doesn't get completed our phone will be incomplete as this two are vvvvvvvvvvv.imp projects for Samsung galaxy 3 i5800/i5800 .

Our Phone was incomplete the moment we were told that we wouldnt get official Gingerbread..

lets face it, if marcellusbe stops developing, this phone is screwed.....

I agree there are others, and their work is valuable, Hillbeast just said he may make another Froyo rom, kyrillos13 just updated his, but things are a lot different from how it was a year ago, people move on and new phones are released, the g3 is a good little phone, jb worked so much better than I thought, but its at the end of its development life.
I have apps that will only run on gb, and other apps that will not run well because of the lack of memory, while my wife had a galaxy mini, and it runs gb without a problem, official upgrade

Jellybean 4.2 doesn't even work on the Galaxy S2 because Google have locked down the way the system controls graphics to stop Samsung releasing terrible old broken drivers and libraries. If the Exynos 4 isn't going to play nice, I wouldn't be expecting the S5P6442 in our little G3 would either. Don't hold your hopes up.

i think we are expecting too much from dev if you also want to run 4.2 please guy be practical enuf as only too android os that should be complete are gb and jellybean as this are only two project were dev are able to run most of thing running so keep your finger cross and wait and watch or help dev at least to finish pending project even if u get latest wat use of that if your not get complete experience of it

Mhmm. As the others said, its all or nothing. Its a bit... Impractical to ask devs for a 4.2 release purely because a phone can only be taken so far in terms of OS. No doubt 4.2, while being an incremental update to 4.1.2, changed quite a bit about Jelly Bean. And if Google really has locked down on graphics control in 4.2, then the G3 will have a hard time...
Maybe things will change and a 4.2 update will come through for the Galaxy 3. But until then... Don't get your hopes up too high.

The basic rule of xda: never ask for ETA's from developers; it really pisses them off.

No, it never will almost for sure.
4.2 should happen eventually, but even in the official CM source, it is very buggy right now, so until it becomes more stable, there's not much point putting effort into building it.
I am also considering building up aokp once stable 4.2 source is out.

Well, we all know Google already published Android 4.4 Kitkat and also the source is already pushed to AOSP trees. It means Cyanogenmod and the other custom roms based on AOSP is ready for Kitkat. Kitkat got lower requirement and I am so hopeful it will be got on my phone now... OMG its so cool

We'll get it within a week, two weeks at the most Lol. We still have a lot of great devs using the sensation; here's to CM11

However, since 4.2 Qualcomm do not provide libs for the Snapdragon S3, which means that some functionality will still be broken (however, it still works fine, As demonstrated on CM10.1 and 10.2). I hope it will run at least like the current CM versions on the sensation (or even better).

My hope is team carbon as they have pushed out 4.3.1 update and works fine along with Sultan Kernel.....hopefully they will work on 4.4:fingers-crossed:

Yes, we will see it, but not that soon. Cyanogen team announced that they are going to maintain and get the most of 4.3 because of all the hard work of the devs, and then start working on 4.4 (yumm)

Hi everybody…. I am completely lost when trying to use a ROM (I don't even know what that stands for) to jailbreak (I know that's more of an iPhone term so I apologize in advance) my Sensation. I'd like to try to get KitKat on there but I don't even know where to begin. Is there a site or a step by step guide that anyone can lead me to? THANKS in advance!!!
