HELLO XDA TEAM....
m Searching in whole XDA before post that thread.... but not find any Jelly Bean ROM for MTK6577 devices
so if any one have that type ROM then plz provide me a link. i need to port it for my device
my device specification is here
Micromax A90s
MTK6577 1.0 GHz
HDPI Resolution ( 480*800)
512 MB RAM
8 MP Camera
so i want any JellyBean ROM link for MTK6577 CPU>>>>>> plz help me XDA.

I'm using MTK6577 S720e One X
1.5Ghz 1GB RAM
it has a bad ROM with it. looking forward to install Cyanogenmod 10.
Please advise how to do it.

give me some more specification of your Device...........
also tell me that your device have CWM recovery.........?
then upload and post link.....also.

Need help for my Xoom Motorola Tablet
Hi all I am lost i bought Xoom Motorola Tablet Verizon. My issue is my friend erase everything now it only shows me M Dual Core screen and I did every thing like wipe everything and reboot no luck
finally I am trying to install Jelly bean as i assume OS has been deleted from my tab so when i install OS which is update_US-Xoom-wifi-4.2.1-JZO54K-staxhre_vo1.zip through TWRP v2.3.3.0 and I followed all rules like wipe everything first FR, Cache n Dalvik cache. No luck I am getting error E:/failed to verify whole-file signature
E: signature verfication failed like that
Please let me know what I am doing wrong. I will be so thankful to you guyzzz

If you Have CWM Backup then u can restore as well otherwise you must need stock firmware ....... or its impossible to alive your TAB mate...

just ask your reseller for Stock Firmware or give your TAB to service center and restore it....
or give me full details of your TAB i try to find firmware for your TAB n give u link
firmware means device OS ( Operating System ) which are corrupted in your TAB

ummmm this is not enough mate i need more info like device hardware specification too
i.e...
like 1 ghz mt6577 processor +1 gb ram
like this ....
then i can find it....btwn why u not giving your TAB to nearest Service.Center or Motorola.....??

Hi Mate I figured out and now my TAB is working awesome I am back in business.
BTW thanks for your help man I realy appreciate
Let me tell you what I did so if anyone else has issue they will resolve it.
First I install this EOS-stingray-20130108-163
second gapps-jb-20130105-EOS-XOOM-ONLY
and finally Jelly Bean 4.2.1 and its done after that I hve big on my face

Hello Bhardik.......bro u can give a try to Micromax A110's jellybean rom.
Bro do something for our A90S.......i m dying to try JB on my device......and if not JB then atleast a kernel which supports overclock and swap......coz now in A110 these things are available in its forum.

My MyPhone a919 Duo Problems

Well i have been flashing jelly bean roms all day and none of them have working g-sensor/accelerometer working. Other than that everything works perfect. I guess i was mistaken that these two phones are exactly the same. I guess i should of made a back up. Anyone on here from philippines with access to stock myphone rom?

iMjelly isn't jellybean.. the buildprop was edited so that the about phone would appear to have a 4.1.2 build, but it is actually a 4.0.4..i know your not that stupid to not know that in the first place..

he was asking for a JB update, not a JB Mod Rom.. I'm sorry if i read it wrong.. but as i know, imjelly rom is an ICS with JB MOD, but not a JB ROM.. correct me if i'm wrong, i dont wanna confuse people with my own understanding..

Hi, everyone. I porting some Custom ROM. All are ok. But i have a problem alomst every ROM. The camera can not work. How Can i fix the problem? It looks like the problem is lack of driver. How can i find the driver for the camera from the stock ROM? I really need help. Who can help me? Thanks in advance. Sorry my poor English, My question is How to fix the bug after porting ROM. may be someone can give me the link. Thank you

thank you for your reply. I ported ZTE V970 android 4.0 ROM to lenovo S720. Because I have a custom ROM from XDA, it support multilanguage.
After I install it from SD card. it work will except the Camera and FM. other functions are all ok. Can you tell me how to fix the problem or Tell me how to find the driver. Because I don't which .so document the camera need. Thank you very much

If Your Stock Android Version and The Ported A. V. Are The Same Then U Can Easily Use Ur Stock Camera libs
But if those aren't same then I don't knw cuz its a non-popular brand.

Thank you. I think i understood U. The Storck ROM and The Ported have the same version. They are allo Android 4.0.4. And they have almost the same hardware configuration. But Only Camera and FM don't work well. Then how can I search for Which libs The Camera need? Because I don't the the Camera hardware version. So i can not down load it. I must find out the libs from The Stock ROM. Can you tell me what should I do? How can i find the Missing libs inside the Ported ROM?

Copy lib of the ROM you're porting
Stock lib won't work ............up have to flash it
Don't just copy using root explorer

Even I faced the same problem with most of the custom roms.

Same here I was porting all Micromax A116 ROMs into Gionee Elife E3... each and everything working fine except camera... can any one help please....!

It is working perfectly, but it had got some camera bug which i need to fix. The rear cam is giving some greeny effect which is unremovable and the secondary is giving some reddish effect. None can be removed by any means of other reduction effect via apps. What can I do for this?

[Q] Ported A rom. All working Except calling.

so as the title says. devs i have ported a rom with same featured phone. its iball andi 4.5q. its mtk6577 device. The rom is 4.2.2 i ported it successfully all working but just when i receive a call or call someone after a longtime ot gets to connect and makes phone so slow. even i cant hear anything. and after that the phone get weired. and restarts after a while. although i can recieve messages from both the sims.
so anyone have some idea? whats wrong?
