crowd funding for s4 3200mAh battery case

Have you guys seen the Source4 battery case that just posted to indiegogo? I've had my S4 for a couple days now and I'm seriously not happy with the battery life. How long do you think an additional 3200mAh battery will last? At least twice as long, right?

Cool concept. I'm a fan of big batteries and/or a semirugged/rugged case combo though, so this case probably isn't my cup of tea. It'd probably help the project/you if the pictures of the phone in the prototype/mockup...

I don't understand what's so revolutionary about it, there are already similar battery cases on eBay for a lot less.

I will wait for Samsung to make a OEM extended battery, they cost a little more but they don't disappoint.

It would in definitely be worth it in a work environment where you don't have quick access to an outlet such as a construction job like I have myself. Leather battery door like note 3

anyone come across a battery door for the gs4 thats like the new note 3,i really like how it looks id love to rock one of those.

I think there will be lots of options after 1 month we need to wait for it but I'll definitely buy one Note 3 has great back cover, S4 is very slippery but I think white one will get dirty so black one will be my choice..

I've got a leather battery door that I'm using with a bumper case. The combo looks and feels great. It costs 6.95USD and took exactly a week to ship from China to California. You can find it on ebay by searching "galaxy s4 battery door."

I can't explain it technically, but its because the battery is being monitored while discharging at different rates.

The phone doesn't actually "know" the battery level, it only knows certain points, and the rest is interpolated based on previous usage. If the interpolation is off, then it is corrected at those bumps.

I think it increases the bigger the battery capacity is. When I was using a 7,000 mah extended battery on my old phone it would actually go back up a couple of %.
