This problem is on Cyanogenmod 10.1.2 on the Nexus 4. Is there any way to access the pull down notification when "expanded desktop status bar hidden" option is enabled? I tried doing it with LMT launcher but it only works when "status bar visible" option is selected.

Searched but couldn't find anything to that regard.
I am running paranoidAndroid 2.54 and I love the ROM. I use NOVA as my launcher and have/had set the gesture swipe up/down to show/hide notification bar. This works perfectly if the ROM is not in Tablet mode i.e, the notification bar is up top and not at the bottom. With tablet mode turned on, I couldn't find a way to hide the notification bar at all.
Does anyone know of a way that can be done? I just need a way to toggle the visibility of the notification bar when PA is running in tablet Mode and the bar is at the bottom.

Found it and feel stupid about it now. The Expanded Desktop in CM10 does the trick.
So I've been looking around but have found nothing. I'm using LMT launcher on CM10.1 and I just want to hide the Nav bar but still be able use notifications and quick settings, I've tried enabling expanded desktop but that hide the notifications, I also tried using Gestures to open the Nav bar and the notification button in PIE, but if the desktop is expanded it won't work. And Help??
I'm using Novalauncher (on cm11) to hide my status bar and I have to swipe down from the top to bring it back temporarily and then swipe down from the top again so that I can pull down the notification drawer and quick settings panel. Is there anyway I could make it so that even tho the status bar is hidden I can just swipe down from the top and it automatically pulls down the notification drawer and quick settings panel? I tried searching but every result was from 2013 and for cm10.1.
I think that's how it works on gravity box. I think.

I installed Lollipop on my Note 10.1 and I really like the rom, except for the expanded status bar, which is too tiny and phone alike; I would like to find a way to mod it and have an expanded status bar with full width, like KK.
Anyone with some directions? Thanks.
When I use any app to hide the status bar on my rooted 7 Pro it will work until I lock the screen then it will stop working until I disable and re-enable.
Nova launcher hide status bar on homescreen always works.
And then when the statusbar is hidden, the keyboard when it slides out, will either push the top of the app out of bounds, or the app will not condense and the keyboard will hide the bottom of the chat including where the text is going.
Is this a common problem with hiding the statusbar, or is this an internal issue I am facing.
