Hello, everybody!
Can someone tell what to do with this error that came when i try to use the camera? I havent dropped the phone or anything else similar. I do also installed custom camera (4.2 to use photosphere) while i was on stock 4.1.2 jb rom, then i uninstalled stock camera with titanium backup. Could this be the problem? I attached 2 screenshots to see. First is when i start camera app and second when i use flashlight for market. Thank you very much!

Install stock camera
Try flashing ur stock rom

i did that already. i reinstall stock rom via odin, but same problem. now i use cyanogenmod 10.1. any other thoughts? thanks anyway
Restore your nandroid backup
Or download/make one from someone's note if u dont have

i need to let you know that after the camera broke i did the next things to the phone:i installed cmon9, then cm10, then i installed the stock rom on it (4.1.2 sfr france), the i rooted it and installed cm10 again. my question is: it is should still be a soft issue in this way? i mean i installed alot of roms and the camera files should have been reseted, right? sry but im a noob in all of these. thanks again

Just to share how I make Snote run in RR JB.
-Install RR JB and let it boot once
-Delete Snote in your beloved ROM
-Extract Snote from RR JB rom. Locate at /data/app (~76MB)
-Put into USB storage
-Install it
-It is WORK now!!!
Only tested on RR JB. Should work on other JB rom too

Can you check whether the productivity button isn't greyed-out??... I cannot use productivity tool to create formula since the button disabled.

Same here. Productivity button is grey and unable to use. I think is because of leaked version since there are a lot of ppl having the same problem. Hope they will fixed when official launched.
too bad isn't it. can't wait for the official... otoh, Note II is great, it's just that my pocket is not that great

guys after installing goapp(i think i installed wrong goapp on this device) now my device after power on i can do only slide to unlock after that it shows all app name one by one to close nothing is working and i can't go to home screen....this error message popping continously.....plz see below images if i go to CWM recovery it hangs and i can do anything from there too... plz give suggestion for this problem thnx in adv................

i flashed CWM again still no luck....still when i go to CWM recovery its simply hangs i cant even factory wipe...plz give me any gud suggestion.

i recovered the phone from ics to GB using this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1942836
but still CWM recovery and someother apps inside still has problem has bug can give me tips to solve this....

this one also has 16:9 configuration
Seems ok. Big difference I notice right away is the settings menu is reduced drastically. Also the flash doesn't automatically remove the old camera so you have two cameras and two galleries.

you can install JB Camera+ or Snap Camera from Playstore
I Myself prefer Snap Camera :good::good::good::good::good:

thank you for this great mod - there ist just a major problem for me:
everytime I finish the sphere (when my phone renders it) it just states (after the progress bar reached its end) "gallerie has been terminated".
Sometimes a "bad" panorama-pic (low resolution, bad quality (nothing in common with the "spheres" or the ultra-wide panoramas) resides in my gallery but nothing else.
So anyone has an appropriate solution for me?
I don't know if this is the exact term for the error-note, my rom-language is german
I'm currently using Kangs CM10.1 (4.2.1), on Kangs CM10 (4.1.2) same error.

Changing system language to english solved it, but this is not a good solution, where does this problem come from and how can it be fixed?

How to unroot the device to regain the warranty period??????
This is the easiest method to unroot your device
jst follow ths steps:-
firstly download the SuperSU application from here(also given in the attachment)
now install this by selecting yes in the popup come of updating libraries
now go to setting in the SuperSU app
scroll downward till you see the option FULL UNROOT

by flashing the original rom means stock rom of your device whatever it may be
regain warranty

thts the benefit of custom rom:silly:
There is already a thread on this app by the developer here. No reason to have it. Did you ask his permission to post his app? Also just unrooting your phone does not regain your warrenty.

So I extracted the task manager.apk from my friends note 2. It works quite alright except the problems below.I am not a experienced with coding, so if someone could help me,it will be great (refer to screenshots below)
1.The task manager displays the app but it does not show the name of the app.
2.the task manager is unable to kill any app,I click the kill or kill all button but it does not work.
3.The clear ram button is not working either.
I have tried the following till now
1.Gave full permissions to the app.
2.Tried brute force
3.Cleared data of the app.
Please help me, I really like the app and further development will be done (for e.g - the task manager button in the recent apps pane, etc.)

I got this from Stock Jelly Bean ROM of Note 2 :fingers-crossed:
using a task manager isn't necessary, because android manges everything itself. it will kill apps if there is not enough ram.
