How to flash Custom ROM on my Desire S ?

I'm a new android user who just bought a new android phone, HTC desire S. I've been searching all over the Desire S forum but can't find a tutorial on flashing the custom ROM. Also, I don't understand what is S-Off and other stuffs as this is very new to me.. Hope someone could guide me. Thanks!

you can do it with "superoneclick" tool.. you don´t seen it in desire s thread?

Thanks for the reply.... but I think my desire s is S-on and currently no tool to make is s-off? Correct me if im wrong, thanks for helping... Just bought this new phone and wanted to try some custom roms...

So my problem is: My HTC HD has a branding from T-Mobile. I would like to remove it. How can I make it?
I would also like to rooten, flashten.Aber is only my HTC S-ON

use Search feature
Google: "HTC Desire HD Root XDA"

There are loads off threads on this in the forum search it welcome to the forum

Do you even have a Desire HD?? Isn't an HD a winmo phone? I know you can load Android on an HD2? Is that what you have??
You're in the right forum, just do some reading(a lot of reading), there are many many threads about rooting and flashing.

[Q] What to do BEFORE making S-OFF the ChaCha :)

Hi all,
i'm ready to make S-OFF my HTC ChaCha, and first to do that i'm here to ask you: what have i to do before?
1) Have i do a backup of anything?
2) If in the future i'd like to return S-ON can i return in the first configuration of the ChaCha?

Hi mate,
1) I suggest making a backup of your contacts with Google Sync, you can find more info in the first link in my signature. You can also backup any other stuff that you would like, just to be sure of it. Backups are never a bad idea
2) Once S-OFF you cannot go back to S-ON.

Some users ask if a ROM can turn back S-ON because they are not informed That's why they are asking and it's quite normal. We all have questions.
There are no problems with camera and wifi after getting S-OFF. You are a bit confused there; you have checked the CM/SuperOSR thread where this discussion is in place. With S-OFF you can flash anything, from any stock rom to a custom rom.

Please i want a little help and solution for my problem
yesterday i bought HTc sensation xe the h boot is 18.0000 but when i try to s off by revolutionary.com its says (zerging root this may take a minute or so then zrging root failed)so i read in xda thread to unlock the bootloader first from htc dev so i make it ,then i tried the same with revolutionary and i also tried the htc super tool
please help me ASAp if you can and i appreciate it

i will but i didnt make ota update and i have the rom version 2.3.4 do i need to downgrade to 2.3.3

You do not need to do downgrade. Try again to follow the tutorial step by step. You must have USB debugging turned on. Try on another computer.

[Completed] htc one s c2 ruu

I have an htc one s c2 and no system on it because i wiped it by accident.
Now i want to get an ruu on my htc but it always says "hboot version is older".
I got twrp 2.3 on my htc but when i try to install a custom rom or something it says "E:unable to mount /sdcard".
Here are my versions :
hboot-3.01.0000
Radio-16.15.20.29_m
OpenDSP-v11.6.0.2235.00.0304
Emmc-boot
