I've tried couple of things from XDA Thread but unable to read gujarati fonts in my device.
I'm using Micromax Canvas 2 with custom Rom (CanGalaxyS4 v3). Please help me.

Be happy it refused to. Have you read the specifications of both phones?! Having a cloned mobile does not guarantee any compatiblity of the Software. At first that's just not possible by license reglementation. Just read the datasheets of both phones please
