You can erase from system/patcher
The framework-res.apk before first boot.
And if you made the first boot just extract from the Rom zip from system/framework the framework-res.apk and replace it on your phone with the one from the same path .
Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
Maybe you can try flashing the zip again (without wiping anything) and execute the command once you boot up there.

I have this problem:
Read the op for the ROM. You need to unpatch after 1st boot. After that, files are deleted. You'll need to flash the ROM again and unpatch on 1st boot

I had to figure this one out through trial and error. I wanted the stock lockscreen after I got my device completely set up and completely starting over was not an option.
Step 1: Open you choice of root system file browser(I use Root Explorer)
Step 2: Go to system/framework
Step 3: Mount the folder R/W
Step 3: Replace the framework-res.apk here with the one there
Step 4: Phone will reboot after the transfer is complete.
Step 5: Stock lockscreen ?
*I made the mistake of deleting the apk and I could no longer boot. Make sure you back up first, just in case.

Give me 15-20 mins. I'll have it sorted for you.
Okay, it took me a little bit longer as I got sidetracked. You have two options here;
1) Install the .zip through CWM. I've made it so that you can and it will automatically set the permissions to the .apk's too.
2) The second option is that you extract the .zip file and manually move the .apk's to your /system/app folder and set the permissions to them.

@AGuyfromH3LL which superuser mod? The device is rooted and supersu is installed.
Patching Service.jar. Dose AlienRom have this? Because in AlienRom is working.
