I’ve released a free currency converter for Android called ‘Currency Exchange Rates’ and suggest it for your review.
The application converts to 180 world currencies and precious metals like platinum, palladium, gold and silver. Currency data is downloaded from Yahoo quickly and with minimal traffic. The converter can even work offline by storing the most recent exchange rates. You can change time format, language and currency sorting.
Here’s how it works. For example, if you want to know the equivalent for 200 US dollars in Russian rubles, simply click the dollar panel and enter "55". There’s also a separate window for viewing the conversion of the chosen currency to all added currencies. To open it, simply click the country flag of the desired currency.

Investor/buyer to evaluate the property if it under value. This take into consideration of the total of all cashout amount(interest paid for one year, expenses like maintenance/ renovation, and down payment) relative to the cash generated from the rental income. If its positive shown then means it has positive cash flow + it can cover all the expenses and interest need to forked out. Kindly advise if you see any bug or rate me if its helpful. Thanks
