Hi all, I've started a thread for nice wallpapers for the Galaxy Note. I'll be adding some more soon. Feel free to post your own - please make sure the images are either 1600x1280 (scrollable) or 800x1280 (fixed). I'll include the best ones in this post (unless you don't want me to!).

Hi, as I could not find that many when using the "1600 x 1280" (the optimal size for scrollable backgrounds) in google picture search, I tried it with 1600 x 1200 - there you can find plenty of them.

If you look at my post above (Post 6) you will notice I recommend the use of Picspeed HD Wallpapers 50,000+
It is truly an excellent product.

Get the app 'Wallpaper Wizardrii', it allows you to fit the whole image to the screen as your wallpaper.

I don't use ADW, but QuickPic is a good gallery app for cropping wallpapers to make your homescreen and lockscreen.

search on sansung apps for "pimp your screen" app.is free with hd wallpapers!

when u select them just click portrait mode and all these will cm on full screen without scrolling

Not sure to be honest, I got it from an Acer Iconia Tab forum a while back and have used it for everything since. Wish I knew the creator so I could credit them!

I used few of your pictures... Really amazing. Thanks a lot. But the problem is when I use it as a lock screen wallpaper I'm able to see alternating bands of varying brightness in the blackish area other than the coloured picture. But when I use the same picture as the wallpaper I don't have any problem. Can anyone solve my problem?

Couple of mine which I found here and there, they all have height of 1280 and variable width around 1400 (not strictly 800).

Very very nice all these dark wallpapers...
Good to have them as a choise...

Yes, I saw it on my phone screen. My pc screen is really bad and it was kind of blue ^^. Happy you like some of them.

You're onto something. On another Android forum, they have a thread just like that with talking. I +1 your suggestion with no talking Nobody can 'diss' anyone for whatever pics they post & as long as everyone post appropriate wallpapers, I don't see why not. Great idea!
