Please help me further on how to get raw image data directly from the sensors without compressing the image!

I found firmware in .nb0 format that sut l3 can flash but due to many errors one after another it cannot flash. But I found 'a688' the unpacker but it does not do complete unpacking. I left with one option flashing with Sptools but cannot find the flashable files with scatter file.
