I've a Note 10.1 and a Note 2. With the Note 2, I use the simplistic framework ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=35023233
[4-JULY] Simplistic Framework V3.6) and it's a very good solution to customise my phone with an Omega rom.
I didn't found the same solution for the Note 10.1, but if you have, I'll be so happy, so if a dev can do the same, that's will be perfect

but this can not install without root as a simple apk that the S5 has can be installed as an app!

Samsung only started developing themes with S6 and later. And they don't have plans for earlier devices.
Old models always forgotten, lol
