great work.
btw can we have, like in cm9, the possibility to deeply customize levels directly from the custom auto brightness settings interface?
thx

Broken partition after flashing this over carbonrom 1.7 alpha 7.

After flashing it, the phone enters bootloop.
Restore to the original framework-res.apk, the phone boots normally.

Well, I removed the download link because it was reported to cause bootloop. But there is no such issue.
Please see the OP for the download link.

Thanks allot but only the link is referring to your extended power menu
already fixed
Nicely done again
So first of all I wanted to say that I tried it with your Package (SkyHigh) but I changed the vold.fstab with the Standard Galaxy S Plus one.
Then I booted up and got a lot of AudioManager Errors. So I inserted all libaudio*.so files from the stock gingerbread rom in your build.
After that I got Netd 1.0 Error.
Now i tried it with the stock gingerbread kernel but modded the init.rc file to match the "new" BootClassPath.
Now Netd is starting.
Here is the logcat from my last attempt: http://pastebin.com/GFM0zz6W

After trying many many ROMs for my GT-N7100 I've always come back to using this one. Now it is time to share my "customizations" with the community.
Miata ROM gives me the longest battery life I have ever experienced on my Note 2 without loosing much functionality and still remains stable and useable. I almost always get 8+ hours of screen time and very little battery drain in stand-by.
FEATURES
Code:
BALJ1 4.1.1 TTT base
Perseus alpha 33.4 kernel
Low RAM usage
Best battery life compared to almost every other ROM
Almost 100% stock
No NFC/WiFi Direct (I never use it so I stripped it out)
Probably some other things I can't really remember right now...
HOW TO INSTALL
Code:
1. Move .zip to sd card
2. Reboot into recovery
3. MAKE A BACKUP FIRST
4. Do a complete wipe/factory reset
5. Wipe system again to be sure
6. Flash .zip
7. Reboot and enjoy!
I would love to hear your feedback about this ROM and see if everyone else is getting improved battery life/screen time.
I would also recommend flashing my Franken-Beats audio mod to enhance the sound of your system.
Franken-Beats
Code:

Warning - I am not responsible for any damage done to your device. Since this is a 4.1.1 base it does run the risk of SDS. MAKE SURE you are using a SDS fixed recovery and kernel (preferably the one included)

Well its Android 4.3 so its not in line with the old 4.2.2 rom.
Its AOKP merged with android 4.3 but only early days. However I have installed this on my phone and it hasnt crashed yet or done anything stupid so I'm happy with it. Going to use it as my daily driver instead of my AOKP 4.2.2 rom...

Battery life is OK. Not super fantastic or anything. I use this ROM on my phone. I'm hoping battery life can be improved over time... I'm using yank555 kernel with battery savings turned on
Install went ok
will report if any bugs
Had 1 soft reboot while enabling bluetooth but that has not happened again.
Is it possible to have a custom lockscreen background?
BUG
When in phone/contacts/settings
tapping on dialpad settings causes fc... unfortunately.com.android.phone has stopped.
Would a logcat be any help?
Just setting up phone so not installed yet.
Try clearing your cache then reboot
Latest working great so far,no crashes.
Except for the tap screen while recording video bug,I'll get a logcat soon............

Hey!
I rooted my Nexus 5x so I could be able to run Daydream. Want to continue at stock and only install the zip, not entirely Pixelrom. But I we tried a couple of days to download the zip without success (between 9 and 9 when the server is up). Is an update in progress or the server just down?
Thanks in advance for the hard work!

its not fully compatible like redmi note 7 can you please check camera support level 3, so that i can move to this rom
and will you able to make a video how to install
automatic brightness is very slow, how can you tell?
beautiful rom, best option atm....
new version got youtube-vanced installed from the beginning.
tried to switch to root version (Magisk) of yt-vanced, but this doesnt seem to work, since it stays on telling me about installing micro-g.
everything else I tried seems to work fine, great battery life... I can absolutely recommend it

above all indoors, for example, it lowers a lot in my home.

I don't think so....
but maybe ist my fault, cause since it's an apk file I cannot flash it with twrp.
first attempt I placed apk in /system_root/system/app, but I think that is worng destination.
I don't see /system in twrp even if I try to mount it, but I'm not sure if I do it correctly...I just checked system in Mount option but didn't hit "disable MTP"
will now try to copy the file with mixplorer to /system/app, cuase i can see it there...
but I really don't know if this will change... feeling a bit lost right now ^^
edit:
just did so, but I don't see any difference in yt-vanced. so I think it didn't work....
Is there any way to know for sure if the installed app is the rooted version?
@e_henning:
You need flash ZIP ytva-universal-installer-v5.1.zip file via TWRP ... use this link: https://drive.google.com/drive/mobile/folders/1x67EYgPeLLSVzRfZyeLRCeWmbF-fUggd .

Read here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/Mi-9/how-to/rom-revolution-os-t3926187
"Installed it yesterday, came from Xiaomi.EU rom. First night only 4% drain instead of 18% I had last night with EU rom."
"installed a couple of days ago, great standby compared to eu i'm coming from."
"Yes for me normal 6 tot 7%. Now 3% with revolution rom"
etc.
