2.3.5! Awesome.
Here's the thread:

Have you tried it already??
how do u install this kind of firmware. is just an exe.
u just click it, selec language and click start?
has it got built in odin?
Maybe we should clarify first, which region this firmware is dedicated to. Europe, Asia, Africa, America? It could cause major problems flashing a firmware for the wrong region.
i9001BUKP2 letters: "BU" refer to Vodafone T-mobile which is a German company. It's also a Network carrier code so it doesn't refer to specific country or region.
Languages included in BU firmware are:
de,el,en,es,fr,hr,hu,it,nl,pt,sl,sv,tr
Sure that it is Vodafone / T-Mobile as it is only labeled as Vodafone at sammobile?
(Competitors?)
Is there a way to find out for which country specific the firmware is?
I download the files at the moment and can have a look later today...
I'm interested on this rom,
some screenshot of vodafone customization please?
Flashed it and have been using it two hours. No bugs etc. About 90 percent battery left, text messages and calls ok. Working very nice. I live in Finland btw
Firmware will be installed via Odin Ex 1.01
The firmware is extracted about 900mb in size.
You can choose some European carriers see attached screenshot

Softwarebranding? Vodafon Logos?
greek language
Does this rom support GREEK language ?
In sixth post my question is answered.
You can root?
2.3.5 Vodafone
After flashing this rom, the phone will try to register into vodafone network only? or any other carrer will be available ( ex. orange, cosmote...)
thank you.
The firmware works in any network except that it has some bundled apps from vodafone in which you can easily removed if you rooted your phone right after.
check this out on how to root your phone:

No I have congtsar as provider and even APN were right after installing.
Only some Vodafone applications are installed.

[Q][GT-S7562] Help trying to tweak a Chinese Sansung Galaxy S Duos

Hi all,
I was recently given a Samsung Galaxy S Duos (GT-S7562) which was bought in China.
It already came a bit hacked, since it looks like the people selling it in China changed it a bit. It came with the Chinese baseband S7562ZCLK2, but PDA and CSC corresponded to a firmware from XSG region, which I think is United Arab Emirates. Thanks to this, it came with many languages, and not just English and Chinese, but, since it's quite a "Frankenstein", right now it won't be detected by Kies.
I have complete freedom to work on this phone, since I don't use it, so I was trying to get it flashable by Kies. Whenever I try to flash any non Chinese firmware via Odin, it errors out when trying to upload fat.bin. I've already read that is due to trying to flash a firmware from another region. But at least, I've managed to get the PDA I want.
Then, after examining the files on the firmware tar file (all the firmwares I've tried where downloaded from sammobile.com) I noticed that cache.img seemed to contain the CSC files, inside a file, called sec_csc.zip, which can be flashed using the stock recovery. Using that, I managed to change the CSC to DBT (Germany) and the PDA is now XXBMD6, also Germany.
The problem now is that Kies finally recognizes the phone, but will never find updates, since it still has the Chinese S7562ZCLK2 baseband.
The question is: is there any way I can get the correct baseband, which I think is S7562DBTBME1, so I can have Kies detect the phone 100% correctly and let me install the latest update on it?
Thanks in advance.
In case anyone has thought of it, I have already found this post, but the info is not applicable to the Galaxy S Duos:

Serial Number for Three (UK) SM-G920F

Can any one provide me with a Three (UK) S6 Serial number so that I can download the full official stock firmware via KEIS/Smart Switch? EDIT: I now have one from a display model PM me if you need the firmware
I need to change my unbranded (BTU) phone to The official Three firmware (H3G) (for 4G voice calling)
I bought an S6 from Amazon which came unlocked with AUT region software. I've managed to find and Flash an official BTU firmware via ODIN, however I cannot find a full OI9 H3G stock firmware.
FYI for BTU, the ones from the firmware page do not work for me (even with a PIT), I kept getting the Sw rev check fail device 3 binary 2 error. However a full official flash i.e. with the AP, BL, CP, CSC file did work. Which is why I need the serial number, or alternatively a full copy of the Firmware. I also do not wish to root/flash another recovery as I need KNOX.
Please PM me if you don't want to post on the live forum
Thanks!
I doubt someone would give their serial number, but I would suggest trying a PIT file, it may/may not trigger knox status but I did it to get EE Branded firmware for wifi calling and it worked.
Where did you get the fimware to flash to the BTU?

Already tried a PIT, didn't work... thats why I want the full firmware. I will just go and grab the serial from a display phone at a Three shop, thought XDA might be quicker tho.

As I said in your thread, I got the firmware from this thread... http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/general/guide-android-6-0-marshmallow-beta-how-t3277533 Its a full firmware download rather than the partials that are posted on the firmware page.
looks like @abdussamad tried it out and it solved his flashing problem as well

You have to use a custom PIT file in order for the hidden part to have enough storage so the Three firmware can work.
