MotoReaper FRP Removal Tool
by Phonlab Team
MotoReaper is a tool created by RootJunky and GeoSn0w. MotoReaper can be used to removal FRP from Motorola devices and has been tested on Android versions 5.1, 6.0, and 7.0. It is very likely that it will even work on Android 7.1 but time will tell on that version. Please report back if it does work on your Android 7.1 Motorola device. The best part is that MotoReaper is universal when it comes to Motorola device and will work on 100% of phones on these Android versions. This tool is very easy to use with just a couple buttons and some simple steps to follow. At this point Phonlab has only release MotoReaper to it’s students so if you want to use it on your Motorola device then head over to Phonlab and enroll now.

I think You need to do that in Bootloader Mode. Just Turn Off Your Phone, hold VolumeUP and Connect it while Holding VolumeUP to USB. You will See a Blue LED on Your Device. That's it... You can also visit My Discord Server. People there will Help You too If needed! Good Luck!

When you enable OEM Unlocking in Developer Options, that alone does not unlock your bootloader - it simply ALLOWS you to unlock your bootloader. Look at the text in the corner of the screen while in download mode, if you see OEM LOCK: ON this means the bootloader is still locked.
Power your device off and disconnect the USB cable.
Hold both Power buttons and plug the cable back in. The phone should immediately display a warning screen asking you whether you want to download custom software. Follow the screen option for device unlocking; this will wipe data.
Once you've unlocked the bootloader, put the device in download mode again. OEM LOCK should now say OFF. You should now be able to flash TWRP.
