Hello Guys,
I'm facing some issues with my P6200 where it is hanging at samsung logo during its initialization.
Checking some other threads here some guys advised people with similar problem than mine to wipe data and cache partition and run factory reset from recovery mode but this option isn't available for me because even using the key combination to boot in recovery mode the device still hang on samsung logo.
After some search I found the thread below in another model forum where this guy have created a utility that do a factory reset from odin to its samsung device model:

Does someone know how did he made this? Could this work to P6200 too?
Unfortunately I couldn't check the file by myself because the link is broken so if someone has an idea of how can this be done would be great.

Hi Everyone,
I need help, I was on Stock ROM, and just rooted to change the stock fonts. Used font changer(root) application to do that and now TAB is not booting and its stuck in Samsung glowing screen.
Details are as below:
Model: Samsung TAB2 P3100
ROM: Just out of box with stock 4.1.1
\i already tried hard reset, by going into stock recovery>factory reset.. but no luck.
I dont have SD CARD, i have just put tab to charge so that it will not effect anything further.
Please help me, what best i can do to boot up?

try format system data cache,, all you found and then try flash the stock with odin

I downloaded the stock firmware (about 750MB) from sammobile site, device is up and connects to internet everything is working fine apart from USB storage/MTP/ even though kies... would it be issue with the firmware which i downloaded or anything related to PC.. ?? i have already tried reinstalling KIES, factory reset... no luck.. can anyone help me.. where would be the issue is??

Maybe its related to pc , try uninstall kies and Google usbdeview and remove all drivers related to your tablet, then try connect again or install kies

Mine got stuck in a boot loop after the OTA update. I had to do a reset by holding down the power and up volume, when the samsung galaxy screen shows release the power button. You can then choose "wipe data/factory reset" and then reboot. Of course this wipes all user information, but at least it did fix the boot loop issue I had.

I did a soft reset, by going into setting>security>Factory reset.
PC detected this time, everything working flawlessly.
I need some suggestion on rooting and unrooting to replace /system/fonts/lohit-kannada.ttf into a better font like(samsung-kannada.ttf), which is already in the same folder to render and read articles.
Please help me in that. I will post a thread in Q&A, if anyone knows, solution please reply there.
I bricked TAB2 and lead to this thread all because i rooted using Auto-CF and used Font changer (Root) application from playstore.

Hello guys , my Galaxy S3 got soft brick , I can enter download mode but it's stuck at booting , the logo of Samsung,
I've read all the threads that other guys have posted and tried all the way in replies but none of them worked
I can't turn it off , it keep restarting
Can't enter safe mode
tried wiping dalvik , cache , factory reset and none of them worked
so , any new ideas for what to do???
forgot to say it's rooted.
P.S: there's no customer service center for Samsung devices here living in the 3rd world , if yo know what I mean.

If you have Internet access, download 4.1.2 stock rom from sammobile.com and then flash via odin in download mode.

Hello my S3 is stuck at logo after installing a app and rebooting i tried clearing cache and formating in recovery mode i tried downloading a new firmware with odin it didnt work ive tried and looked at many forms on this site and couldnt get anything to work and my phone is rooted any idea's ? btw im kinda nub at this so i need simple explaining

what's the name of the app ? are you have CWM ? or AnyRecovery ? what was your rom ?

the app was chainfire3D I dont have Cwm or any recovery i downloaded some for my phone but it didnt work is for the rom i dont remember the name i had it for almost a year now

Boot into the Stock Recovery, and Factory reset. I would also suggest fully Rooting, and installing a Custom Recovery if you are going to be modding your device. It will greatly simplify things for you. It will also give you the safety of having a Nandroid Backup in case things go wrong.

The first thing you should do is try a different USB Cable, and USB Port. You can also check out the thread HERE. There is another HERE, and THIS one. One major thing to keep in mind always. Is to read, read, and read some more before doing anything.
Good day. I need help with my brother's galaxy y. Whenever we turn it on, it's stuck on the samsung screen. I don't think it's rooted because my brother doesnt seem capable of rooting a phone. According to friends, it's called bootloop and it's bricked. I tried looking for ways to fix it in the forums but I can't seem to find a detailed/step by step instruction on how to fix it. All I know is i need odin and kies. I already have samsung Kies and I use it for my personal samsung phone but i don't have an idea on what odin is. I'm kinda new at this. BTW, it goes to recovery mode and download mode by pressing menu+volumeup+power keys and menu+volumedown+power keys respectively. I also tried factory wipe and cache wipe through recovery mode and still the same issue. Can you guys give me the detailed step by step instruction on how to fix this? I would greatly appreciate it if you guys could include links of the things that I need to download to fix this problem. Thanks and more power!

I have note 2 verizon version sch-i605 which is soft bricked, i can go in download mode and recovery mode, but phone will not reboot at all i don know if i wrongly flashed it with rom for note 7100 internetional version i think. Also i tried to recover it with going in recovery mode first but i did delete all data when it asked me for so maybe i deleted bootloader i am not too skilled with this or how to fix it , i did try doing everything by googling and exploring this forum and downloading all kinds of roms and try to flash it with odin i tried all 3 of them only once i see on the phone like its installing something with RSF rom but very fast and it will just stay there for ever and not boot. If anyone has any idea or roms to help me please do it , also i wanna say my phone is not rooted and if i do recover it i would like to root it later but for now its like dead phone ?? Download stock firmware from SamMobile.com. Connect your phone in download mode to the computer and use ODIN to flash the firmware as "AP".
Anyone else has any idea ? When i flash it with cwm or what is it called it says it was reset in Odin but phone is still stuck in Samsung note II logo.
