Cruzerlite SGS4 Android Clone Army, Androidified A2 and Bugdroid Exo Cases Review - Galaxy S 4 Accessories

Hi, I just got some new cases from Cruzerlite and I thought I would do a quick review for you.
The first 2 are the Android Clone Army case and the Androidified A2 case. Both are made from TPU and IMHO both of the cases have a really nice feel and grip. They fit my S4 perfectly and all of the port cutouts line up correctly. Because of the slim profile of the cases they don't add much bulk to the phone itself.
I also received the Bugdroid Exo case from Cruzerlite as well. This case has a dual layer protection using polycarbonate and TPU. I like that they chose to use TPU instead of silicone because it makes it feel sturdier and doesn't attract as much lint as a silicon case would. Like the TPU cases it fits nicely but it does add a bit of bulk, however not as bad as an Otterbox Commuter case.
Although both types of cases are great, I do prefer the TPU for my daily case because of how slim it is. Plus it has an army of androids so it has to be good
Thanks heaps to Joel from Cruzerlite for sending me the cases!

Cases that don't cover up curved sides of the screen?

Anyone know of any cases that don't overlap the curved sides of the screen? They feel so nice and I'd hate to cover them up with a case.

Ringke Rearth
You will find 90% of Silicon or TPU cases will cover all of the edges, however most hard covers will not. I would search for hard covers if I were you. Personally I would not leave any part of the edge exposed as just 1 drop on to any part of those exposed areas can and in many cases have cracked the screen on many models. Just be extra careful. It's happened to me twice the second time wasn't my phone
I have The Ringke Slim case. It levels with the curve glass and fits perfectly.
+1 for Ringke Slim. Very nice case on revised edition, fits in like a puppy

Kickstand case?

Is there a good kickstand case for the S4?
it depends, I guess these are good, just not that good looking

that's a really good one! those are too expensive for me though :/ that's why I only look them up on ebay xD
Seidio is producing a line of cases that has kickstands for the S4. The "Active" and "Surface" cases are both very good cases, I used them on my S2 Skyrocket. It looks like they have available holsters for both varieties. Some consider them a little pricey, but I think they are worth it. Sometimes knock-offs can be found on Amazon, Ebay, and Best Buy stores. The seidio cases are still listed as "under development" as of now, but have pictures and should be available soon. Here is a link with more info:

I personally prefer these kickstand cases and have used them on my last 2 phones (Note & Note2). One reason I prefer these is that the layer against the phone is the rubber portion then the harder shell goes around that to secure the first rubber layer to the phone. Not to mention it has a kickstand.

Best case for this phone, IMO.

Easily the Speck Candyshell Grip. I've had 6 cases, and the really good brand name ones. Ever since getting the speck grip case, haven't even touched the other ones. Once you go candyshell grip, you don't go back.
Just in case anyone was looking for a good phone case.
too bad that case is hideous. i wish speck made the grips in a different pattern.

I hope you're joking. I think it's one of the most aesthetically pleasing cases for this phone. And once you go grip, you never go back.
I thought my caseoglogy case was super grippy, but after using this case, its actually slippery in comparison.
Sent from my SGH-M919 using XDA Free mobile app
No joke. Not a fan of the trapezoid-type design. I have the regular (non-grip) candyshell on my S4.

Wallywolrd sell those and I don't like em.. they are thick and heavy for my liking. I am looking for a thin case atm...

(Review) POETIC Affinity Series Hybrid PC/TPU Case for the LG v10

Been rocking this case for a couple days now and It's pretty great. The clear parts are a hard PC/plastic, and the frosted parts are TPU. It is molded together well and there are no visible seams to be found. TPU is not too soft or too hard, it provides a decent amount of grip, but lets face t, short of a rubber, lint collecting case, the material is not going to pride the grip as much as the design. Thats where this falls. The tpu on the back of the case provides a ridge for your finger to snag when holding. This provides grip without being bulky.
The sides are low on the front making it easy to swipe, especially with a glass screen protector. The top and bottom of the front are raised and keep your screen off the surface when laid face down.
Overall, I would have probably went with the black/clear version with my black phone, and clear/frost with a white phone, so I may pick up another.
Zero issues with the fingerprint scanner after 5.1.1 update on verizon.
Best part is its only $14.95 for a case with premium feel and good protection. All without the bulk.

Review Poetic Revolution case

Today i received Potic case, revolution series. Case is made of premium polycarbonate and TPU materials. Rugged styling with seamless Poetic Design DNA.
Embedded water-resistent screen protector cover buffers against scratches.
Unique corner protection with raised TPU support to protect from extreme shock and impact.
Intelligently placed Raised TPU buttons for anti-scratch and anti-slip protection. Flaps to cover all open ports to prevent dust and lint. Side texture for enhanced grip.
All of these packed into a thin and ultra protective design engineered for maximum protection for your device.
I review case from supcase same as this one and for me this case look nicer. Case in hand stay very well. Grip is nice. I use it with nillkin tempered glass under the screen p., and dont have any problem with touch screen. After i test 7,8 cases this is one of the best. I recomend this case if you need max protection. Case is not bulky to much.
