Please look at these steps, is it will work?:
1. Root tablet without flashing CWM ( [HOWTO] Root the Galaxy Tab 2 7" without flashing the bootloader )
2. Install Mobile Odin and flash CWM (Without increasing custom count)
3. Backup current firmware in CWM (Because I cannot find original firmware for my region (SEK)
4. Install CM9/10, any other custom ROM
5. Restore backup of original firmware with CWM
And now is one more question: How to flash original bootloader (and where to get it?) without increasing custom counter?
I just rooted and flashed CM9 with my Tab 2 7.0. few days ago!!
Here is the steps I would like to share with you:
1. Use Task Manager to kill all Kies background programs, e.g. Kies.exe, KiesTrayAgent.exe, KiesPDLR.exe...
2. Enable USB debugging in the Tab and connect to PC
3. Use the DebugfsRoot_v1.8.n95.zip from this post
4. Run RootDebugfs_n95.bat in command prompt with administrator right
5. Just few clicks and wait for the Tab to reboot twice
6. Now the Tab is already rooted, install Mobile Odin from Play store and install the CWM recovery by Mobile Odin
7. Reboot Tab in CWM and flash CM9 & Gapps

But question about restoring stock recovery still active... I need to know where to get original recovery from Samsung and how to flash it (I do not want lose varanty if something happens with tablet )

Sure, but there is no ROM for Ukraine . Also looking it on the samsung-updates.com with same negative result.
If you have p3100(wifi+gsm) download P3100XWBLF5 (it's Russia 4.0.4 ) extract with winrar,and you will find recovery.img inside,and flash it with Mobile Odin.It works 100% ,I have tested myself.You can flash with Mobile Odin any recovery you want,not only CWM,you can flash any official recovery.img ,just extract it from your rom with winrar.

I have GT-P3110, but i think that recovery same for all regions and it can be extracted from any ROM for 3110. Is i am right?

Yes,unpack any rom for p3110 ,and extract recovery.img from it,put on your sdcard (internal or microsd) open Mobile Odin,and select Open recovery,and flash it.It will work 100%.

I can't extract md5 files, help..?
and btw mobile odin isn't compatible with my tab so I'll try odin. :S

*.md5 file is tar archive. You can change extension from *.md5 to *.tar and unpack it (for ex; with using WinRar). Also you can use Total Commander for unpacking.
P.S. Will try this method in a week or little bit later. (I am on Vacation and dont have any laptop)

I have see that there are OTA updates for my model from Sammobile.
I have two questions:
1.how flash this file? via Recovey?
And, if that it's correct, it's necessary wipe data & factory reset?
2. It's strictly necessary flash that updates having already installing the "required PDA version"?

Ota: over the air those only appear if you search for updates via setting of you device not via sammobile if you find update this way so just follow instructions in the screen to flash but this kind of updates needs stock firmware and mostly stock recovery not cwm (custom)
If file has extension as zip so could be mostly installed via cwm recovery but make sure about instructions in the thread you downloaded from as it may be just zipped and need to be unzipped first and inside the zipped file you may find file with extension tar or tar.md5 to be flashed via pc odin or mobile odin or heimdall for mac or linux
If file has extension tar or tar.md5 so flashed as mentioned via pc odin or mobile odin or heimdall via pda section in pc odin you need to put device in download mode and need samsung drivers installed

So this is my new thread on how to install cwm without computer.
It requires root access.
Requires an app called FLASHIFY.
DOWNLOAD THE APP AND INSTALL IT. DOWNLOAD YOUR FAVOURITE RECOVERY IMG IN .TAR FILE.
EXTRACT THE .img File.
Browse to that .img file and flash it using Flashify. You are done.
Installing CWM this way never brings any yellow triangle.

Everytime I Download TWRP for Sprint Variant or Tmobile Variant (which works 4 Spint) it downloads as IMG no madder if I go to the MD5 thread & I cant get it to load in Odin because Odin cant find it bc its a IMG & I've turned the IMG in2 a MD5 file & still no luck.......................
NO RECOVERY ='s NO ROOT / NO SUPERSU
now I rooted w/ CF Autoroot & I downloaded SUPERSU off PlayStore & it tells me theres NO ROOT & NO Binaries to SUPERSU & w/out TWRP im stuck cant go any farther

Try downloading file with a different browser like opera mobile or Firefox.
Try after work again!
Rename the end, from img to zip.

The file does download as a zip file , when extracted there only an IMG no MD5 File in any of these Zips
Today I gonna show you how to install CWM/TWRP/PHILZ/OTHER Recovery on android without pc/computer/root.
For this you will need to Download
Apps.zip from here
Cwm recovery from here for your device
Twrp recovery from here for your device
Philz toucewiz recovery from here or mirror for your device
if your device not listed here you will search on google for a custom recovery for your device.
After download your device recovery look like that extentions :
1. (.img) file
2. (.tar) file
3. (.md5) file
if your recovery look like 1. you don't need to rename it.
but look like 2,3 you need to rename with extantion (.tar)
and then extract the (.img) file for flash in next step.
after download the app.zip you need to extract the file using any extractor you Download Es file explorer from here
after extracting the file you will show two apps.
install king user.
if your phone is rooted you don't need to install this.
then install Rashr.
and open and grant the root permission.
then select Recovery from storage.
open the folder where you extract (.img)file
click the (.img) file then.
a dailauge came press yes,please
wait again a dailauge came press yes,please
your mobile took restart.
go to recovery mode.you will show that recovery has been instaled succesfuly
now enjoy.......
